“Order the delivery of the parcel and at the very end of the transaction of course, after I paid, they tell you to print labels. Afternoon hour in corona with a parcel to be picked up the next morning with no printer. So I called them what to do!? no solution offered, just a refund which I am already waiting for almost a month with them ignoring me.”

Hi Jakub, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. When you are making your order, you are advised which service requires you to print a label, and which services do not. This gives you the option to choose which ever one suits you best. In this instance you chose a service which requires you to print a label. “I was getting more and more frustrated, having tried different "obvious" couriers to see if they could deliver 2 parcels. There was always a problem: size, too busy etc... and trying a last search on Google, I found ParcelDirect. I couldn't believe my eyes ! The price was a fraction of the others, I opened an account with the greatest of ease, the parcels were picked up by a very helpful and nice man, and the delivery was done on time. All perfect. Won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you.”

“What a shower of liars, tracking details show gls picked up then drove around for a three days and returned the parcel, when in actual fact no one turned up to collect it. No response to website contact, no response to emails and phone constantly ringing engaged.”

“I have only used Parcelscdirrct five times , always a success pick up and delivery . I like the options you get when wanting to send . Their telephone gets answered by a real person. Who actually knows what he is talking about 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“Great service,so easy to use website. Just put in dimensions and weight of package press search and all the prices of couriers come up to compare,saves all the messing about going from site to site. Easy payment section and label printing. Next day pick up. 1st time using and impressed highly recommend,will be using again in the future.”
