“I was very happy with my experience. The driver who collected the package was very friendly and the package was delivered within the estimated timeframe. Best of all the price was significantly better than other quotes. I will be sure to use this service in the future.”

“Hi, I was trying to get a birthday present to my daughter who is locked down in Amsterdam but the Dutch postal service for some reason has stopped accepting mail. I thought about package delivery but on checking it out with one of the big operators the cost was pretty steep. I then found ParcelDirect and got such a great service. A quick call to a really helpful guy (who was working fro home) sorted me out and a hassle free drop off near my house and a few days later the parcel is in Amsterdam. Great price, great service from ParcelDirect in these difficult times. I'll be using them from no on in my business. Stay Safe.”

“I cannot compliment this company on an excellent service. Customer service were ultra fast in responding to queries. I sent parcel from Dublin to Milan. Picked up from me on a Monday afternoon and delivered to Milan on Thursday afternoon...and a great price....Splendid.”
