“Ordering is excellent as a number of options are offered. Package pickup was prompt and efficient; package was delivered within specified time; easy tracking of progress of package gives peace of mind. Excellent service.”

“Apart from the very reasonable cost, I found it super easy to book in my collection. I was dreading having to put in huge effort into it and I actually did it on my iPhone (a very old one 😔) while waiting in my GP’s surgery. REAlly good customer experience for me. Well done to you all!”

“They collected parcel and delivered promptly, and their price was affordable. But a dispute arose after the intended receiver in England refused to acknowledge that the parcel has been delivered. I contacted ParcelDirect and Michael, one of the managers got on top the issues right away. The next day he sent me a copy of delivery docket showing the details of the person who signed for the parcel. That really helped me to have an irrefutable dispute with the addressee. I will use ParcelDirect again – they are reliable, and have a modern customer service ethos”

“I have used this company a good few times now sending parcels over to our son in Canada. The staff are always very accommodating to our requests and handle everything in a prompt and professional manner with parcels being delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
