“Very pleased with service. Needed to return a large item to Amazon but needed it collected as too heavy for me to take to post office. Parcel Direct made the whole thing so easy. Collected on time and very reasonable price thank you ParcelDirect”

“Brilliant service. Until I found Parcel Direct I eas a bit stumped as to how to easily organize sending some belongings overseas. They are way better than a shipping company when dealing with a small to medium load, it was easy to quickly understand the process and delivery timelines. Some of the courier company timelines are not what they said they would be (still waiting for a package) but on the Parcel Direct side everything was smooth and seamless.”
