Delivered after several weeks . Very expensive for what they were , tiny Rhodedendrons x2 having paid £75- bought twice the size for half that price. Other plans also very expensive . Wont buy from them again way overpriced

I ordered several plants. There was communication about some of them being delayed. I was then emailed to say they were arriving - they still haven’t and no one has replied to my emails. The phone number only goes to an answering service to tell you to email them - am not left with any options as no one replies to emails! I’ve spent over £200 and have finally received the 3 small grasses that were going to be delayed. The trees and shrub are still a no - show even though I have an email saying they were delivered last Tuesday (8 days ago now). So I would advise to go elsewhere for plants!

I ordered it for a friend and the note that I requested wasn't included and there was no label as to what the plant was that had been ordered so my friend had no idea what it was and where it had come from.

The bush arrived well packaged , so I was in anticipation of a gloriously looking Wintersweet when I opened it up. However, the plant looked very lame, and neglected . Subsequently a couple branches have snapped off too. I’ve been left with a very sad and dejected plant. I’ve pruned it to even up the shape so goodness knows if it will even survive. The one star is for the packaging , not the plant.

after we planted a pine we realised that it is not straight..the branches being cut to make it look nice ans straight overall...but the actual main stem is very crooked..so it is cheating..unhappy

Sadly plant arrived in very poor and dehydrated condition with several broken stems. The CS team had said it clearly hadn’t travelled well. However the plant clearly was not the healthiest at the point it was sent.

We paid almost £1000 for 4 field maple trees. 3 of them never came into leaf and one is struggling along, they are all planted in a row next to one another on the same day. For the size of the tree the root ball was very small and mostly clay and in my opinion these probably never stood a chance from the point they were left on our driveway (photo attached). We have followed all of Paramounts guidance to try and get these trees to leaf out and no joy. Paramount were happy to respond to emails at the beginning, but since we refused the replacement trees at a higher price than we originally paid! They have stopped communication. We were looking for a partial refund. We have replanted smaller trees from Chew Valley Trees (still 3m tall). Despite being a shade smaller, the trunks are considerably thicker, root balls are mostly soil and they come with guarantees, especially if purchased in winter were they have a leaf out guarantee. This service does not exist with paramount so I would recommend no one orders trees from Paramount. It's been a very expensive experience and we have received a far better experience from Chew Valley Trees (to the extent that I was a little concerned about leaf blight on one tree and they phoned instantly to offer a replacement tree FOC next spring should there be any issues).

The Magnolia tree had shriveled leaves and other ones had been eaten by possibly a Caterpillar . I was totally embarrassed as it was a present when it was taken out of box.

Very disappointed how the cryptomeria appears to be dying after only 2 weeks. This was not a cheap purchase. You say it will recover but I will have to wait until the end of August to find out. Not at all happy.

Plants are of good quality but can be sourced anywhere. Service is the worst I have encountered. No response to numerous email messages, not accepting telephone contact - they simply can't handle greater than usual volume. Had a larger order through Crocus who also delayed delivery (understandably due to Covid) but they kept me up to date allowing me to plan. Spent nearly £1000 and the lack of communication has meant all other plants and project compromised. Keep away, far better options available, unless you can afford to wait 3 months for delivery.

I could have purchased this plant for a fourth of the price, this was one of two plants I purchased which were of poor quality. I was emailed by a customer service rep following my email of complaint and offered a nominal amount voucher to spend on line. I have now tried to contact Paramount plants on several occasions to query this offer as unacceptable - I would expect one of the plants at least to be refunded given the poor quality, least to say I have had no response to my chase emails over several days!

I paid for my trees and was given a delivery date. Trees didn't arrive and I am still waiting for a full refund of £750 Not very happy at all would not recommend

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my plants, three of them were very small for the big price tag, one of the azaleas wasn’t in a good condition with a lot of snapped branches, I won’t be buying again.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the salvia hot lips that I ordered for my mother’s birthday. Very brown and woody and not much growth on them. I appreciate that with a bit of love and attention, my mother might be able to regenerate them for next year but it’s not what I expected from any nursery, especially for the price ~ neither did the example photo on the website bear any resemblance to the sent items. Service when ordering was great and arrived on her birthday as requested ( albeit only the agapanthus arrived in morning and after emailing you (didn’t get a meaningful response other than someone “would check”, the salvia arrived early evening) but product let you down ~ would not order again from you I’m afraid.
