“Excellent delivery service. We specified a date as we weren't available to receive the tree as soon as Paramount's delivery date, so they held it & delivered on the precise date we requested. Bought a half price Acer & was not disappointed. The tree itself was a good specimen in good condition, albeit some of the leaves were a little dried out (to be expected as the offer is obviously to clear stock towards the end of the growing season). Repotted it looks beautiful is thriving & we know we have a first class tree ready to give a beautiful leaf display next year & beyond.”

Hi John, we totally understand it’s still early days after planting to give a proper review, but we just check in to ensure the plant quality is acceptable to you and delivery ok. And presume that all was ok but have emailed you. We are very sorry if our review request was not welcome. “Lovely tree. The only thing to note is, the pear seems to have succumbed to the black spot disease that pear trees get from nearby juniper trees. I am hoping this will go away as the leaves fall, as I'm not near any junipers, for them to catch the spores.”

“Used Paramount previously. Arrived as ordered. This time the plant should not have been despatched. Surely you have some sort of quality control. I have complained twice. A "woke" sort of replies. It must be my fault.. despite sending fotos of clearly distressed plant immediately after arrival.. Action required by Paramount.”

“Very pleased, much bigger than advertised. Purchased a '1-1.2m' Camellia Sasanqua advertised at 50% off, and it is actually over 2 metres tall and looking healthy in its new location after a few weeks. Some minor delivery damage (a couple of broken side branches) and signs of plant stress are offset by the large age/size and underlying good health. Extremely good value for a mature, slow growing shrub, will use again!”

“Delivery and service is great, however the trees I ordered this time round barely have any foliage and will take a long time to offer any kind of real privacy. Bit disappointing for the money spent. However the pleached cherry laurel I ordered previously does the job.”

“Probably, my fault for planting at wrong time of year as two of the four are fading despite having been kept moist but not wet since planting. They certainly looked excellent on arrival. I will buy more but will try to go pot grown plants next time.”
