“Excellent service by phone and email. Delivery man jolly and helpful. I am ecstatic with the condition of my trees. Their size, height and girth were at least that stated in the description. This purchase represented the largest part of any plant budget ever and they were worth every bit. I have no reservation in recommending Paramount Plants.”

“I ordered 7 mature Goldcrest conifers and am delighted by the quality of the trees and the delivery service. The trees were delivered by the date and time promised by a very polite and helpful driver. Based on my experience I would be happy to recommend Paramount to friends and family.”

“Very good communication throughout. Delivery as promised and within the given time slot. Trees look healthy but still dormant at the moment. New buds on show. Bought to give extra height to fence thus giving more privacy. Looking forward to them coming into leaf.”

“THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I MAKE AN ORDER WITH PARAMOUNT PLANTS. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES SO FAR. WHAT I LIKED MOST IS THEIR REASSURANCE THAT ANYTHING WRONG WOULD BE DEALT WITH PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE EXCELLENT WITH THE WAY THEY COMMUNICATED THE PURCHASE FROM THE BEGINNING. “Second order with Paramount, Camellia Mary Williams this time, and as happy as I was with my initial order. Definitely going to use them as my preferred online plant supplier. Great communication regarding the order and delivery, plants packaged well and no visible damage to product on delivery. My initial order (climbing hydrangeas - planted early March) are starting to come in bloom so I can confirm those are (still) healthy. Thank you again, Paramount.”

“First time user. I found the website easy to use and order from. The viburnum plant arrived on time as promised and was good quality. It is early days and there have been frosty mornings but it seems to be holding its own and I assume it will thrive. Happy to recommend Paramount and to use again.”
