“Hello Great service, from start to finish. I was kept informed of delivery times and any potential delays. The tree arrived when stated, the driver was lovely and helpful as the plant was heavy. Nothing was damaged as it had been very carefully wrapped and handled. It is now in its forever home, so thank you Paramount, great service and great product!”

“The plants I purchased are fantastic and we are enjoying them very much. There were two orders which should of arrived together but didn't. Upon contacting Paramount they sorted the problem quickly and efficiently, very impressed. Because of the service quality I will definitely use them again. We all make mistakes at times but it's how we handle them and they were first class.”

“I ordered a hydrangea, little lime. Upon ordering I was advised that I would be notified as soon as the plant was ready for delivery. It arrived, we'll packaged and in very good condition with simple advise on what to do before planting. It's in my little garden now and appears to be doing very well. I would definitely recommend Paramount and will be going back.”

“Very easy to navigate website. Good communication as to it’s time of arrival. Our tree came on time, very polite delivery man too. Tree was planted the same day and we are very pleased with it and the service.”

“I was MOST impressed by the chap who irons out Potential ‘wrinkles ‘ .. without him , I would have been unable to order the trees, etc Aged 85 and with whatever marbles I ever had , do not DO apps, social media etc. And assuming the trees, GROW , THRIVE etc , I will likely be ordering a Walnut tree and a Japanese quince from yourselves .. to go to GL543QZ for planting in the Autumn.”

“This is the second time we have purchased Pleached trees from Paramount, having been very pleased with the service we received the first time round. Our trees are yet to show signs of life but purely as it is too early for them but so far we do not appear to have any issues. The whole process from ordering to delivery was handled well and we were kept regularly updated. We would certainly recommend and continue to use Paramount Plants.”

“Brilliant service. Ahead of ordering I queried something about the trees and received a thorough reply including photos of what I could expect. On ordering, I was kept fully informed about what was happening every step of the way with regular updates. Once the trees arrived, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful in putting the trees where I needed them. The trees were in excellent condition - exactly as described on the website. They’ve since been planted and look great. I would definitely order from Paramount Plants again.”
