“It is only a few weeks since my ‘Satisfaction’ magnolia tree arrived. It arrived beautifully healthy & luxuriant, with some flower buds. It arrived speedily, well packaged, and I was kept well updated with delivery schedules. I’ll order from Paramount again based on this very good experience.”

“My trees arrived in good time. They look better on arrival than they did in the online pics. Happy with my purchase . I would buy again. I do think delivery costs are a little on the expensive side . But the trees travelled well and the delivery man was very helpful.”

“Very good service. Good updates on when item would be shipped. Plant arrived in very excellent condition, no broken stems as the whole (large) plant was tied down very securely. Would definitely order from Paramount Plants again.”

“Paramount Plants appear to have a very good selection from the website however once the order is placed some of the plants I had ordered were not in stock and substituted. The delivery man refused to turn into my road which is regularly accessed by much larger vehicles. I had to drive to meet him and he scratched my car whilst transferring the plants. The plants were poor quality with many snapped branches and the leaves were covered in white limescale. I have since replaced both £80 buddleias with a larger healthier £6 version from B&Q. They failed to pick up the other items and after 6 weeks of chasing I was asked to dispose of them myself. I understand these are unprecedented times but I did feel the service was very poor and highly overpriced considering the quality of plants received.”

“Great choice of mature shrubs and trees. I've had a number and all have arrived on good condition and do well. The delivery charge on single large items is my only winge.”

“My Pittosporum tenuifolium plant arrived on time and was well packaged. The plant itself is a good-sized bush. I had a couple of issues with the order and the bush so I contacted Paramount Plants about them. They were dealt with promptly and courteously so I do not hesitate in recommending the company. We are hoping that in time it will provide screening at the rear of our house - we have the same species growing at the boundary of our front garden and it is perfect.”

“Brilliant service. Great communication with all departments, nice people. They went beyond to ship a big tree to Ireland, a very long journey with no problems. So helpful if you need any advice, very competent and knowledgeable workers. Definitely will deal with them again in the future.”

“After a bad experience with another supplier who couldn't seem to supply us a snowball bush we thought we'd try Paramount. Excellent decision! We were kept informed all the way from order to delivery which for us is 30 miles north of Aberdeen. The plant arrived healthy, well packaged and on a pallet. Would certainly recommend.”

“It look a long long time for the plants to arrive. However they have arrived . They were bought for screening purpose. They are splayed on a crude flimsy structure . I was expecting a nicer screening plant . The plant itself is fine .”
