“Thank you very much for the lovely Chaenomeles... it arrived very promptly in the time stated and was well packaged, and is a very good and healthy specimen. It is now getting established outside my parents house. One thing please will you investigate biodegradable packaging? I was impressed though by the lack of unnecessary packaging. Many thanks again.”

“The plant arrived on time and in good condition. My only complaint is there were no instructions on how to care for the plant, should I keep it under cover or was it ok to leave outside in bad weather?”

“I like the option of buying a mature version, rather than having to wait several years. This comes with an increased cost, but having living abroad for several years, I want to make changes to the garden quickly.”

“Cedrus Atlantica Glauca (Blue Atlas Ceder) Beautiful tree, lovely specimen ! There was a small issue with the delivery which Peter in Customer Services immediately sorted very professionally. As we all know excellent after sales service really strengthens a relationship so I would definitely use Paramount Plants again and recommend them to anyone else.”

“When I placed my order the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful on the telephone. They kept regularly in touch via email once I placed my order to give me updates on when my Picea Pungens would be delivered and it arrived as promised on January 15th despite very snowy conditions.
