“I had excellent service from paramount plants. Very quick dispatch and delivery time, excellent communication and updates at each stage. They also responded quickly to my request for advice on how to care for my spruce tree once it had arrived. The tree seems very healthy and just as described on the website. Would definitely use again.”

“From the onset staff at Paramount plants have been very helpful and instructive. Buying on line especially when considering such a large tree was a bit daunting, however Charlie and Aidan were very helpful and tolerant. The tree arrived as arranged in good condition. Your instructive video with instructions for planting were undertaken with the help of a fork lift truck! Photo attached Thank you and here’s hoping. Adrienne”

“The plants arrived in strong individual cardboard boxes which were well packed and they arrived on time. Each Acer was in excellent condition and the four different varieties were planted in the prepared plot with a few days - high winds caused a delay. They have settled in very quickly - the recommended Mycorrhizal fungi granules are well worth the extra cost. Communication with Paramount Plants was first class and I was kept updated via regular emails. My only small quibble - please take this as a suggestion - the Acer Palmatum Shishigashira had at some point in its life undergone some pruning which had been carried out in an amateurish manner - split ends - or the secateurs required sharpening but overall I am extremely pleased and I will most certainly be placing future orders. Many thanks.”

“Three large Firethorns delivered on time, with the plants in a good condition. No product issues. Only 3 star rating given due to what I consider to be excessive carriage costs and a long 3 week delivery window. In this age of next day delivery, it at least needs to be the same week. Otherwise, plants are good, thank you!”

“I appreciate I bought a sale item, but was expecting more of a tree which I deemed to be expensive especially after the delivery charge was added. The tree is planted and I hope one day it will be close to the images shown on yours and others’ websites. I fear that could take many years.”

“Mine was a small order - for one tree. Nevertheless, the selection from your vast stock list was user friendly and staff helpful and friendly. The order, payment and delivery well organised and efficient - delivery made on time and day Arranged by helpful haulier. The tree looks a very healthy specimen and planted in accordance with your comprehensive guidance given. Very satisfied.”

“So d do at so good. Plant has some black withered leaves but generally looks ok. Some buds and mini lanterns on this mini bush. Interesting that the box it cam in was over twice the height of the plant. Looking forward to finding its best place in our garden and watching it develop.”

“The plants are lovely. I have had several deliveries over the years from paramount, but unfortunately this delivery was left at the edge of my property, (I have a very large private drive) which is on a main road, these plants could have been stolen, and also when I eventually arrived home I had to drag the large pallet in order to get my car on to the pavement. I will not be ordering again”
