“The plant I ordered arrived promptly.The packaging was so good, no damage to plant at all. It was a really good size and very healthy. I say all of the above as all points have failed from other providers since March. I have bookmarked the webpage so it is easy to go back to.”

“Excellent customer service, someone very knowledgeable was made immediately available and talked me through my options (including pointing out a cheaper option that would still give me the end effect I was after) and followed up with a detailed email, adding tips of what would really help the plants take once planted. Would definitely recommend.”

“I spoke to the company at time of order, very helpful, lots of advice, enabling us to prepare the site/hole ready for delivery. Plant delivered and is exactly as described, in healthy condition and well established. Delivery driver was cheerful and helpful. We watched the video on their website and followed the precise instructions. We were able to plant it the same day and it looks great. Recommend that you purchase the correct size stakes and ties at time of order. Overall, I recommend the company and would definitely buy from them again.”

“I have bought quite a few mature trees from Paramount. All very satisfactory, if a trifle expensive!! But if you can afford the prices, you will not be dissatisfied with the product. Your investment is in the years gained: my last purchase (again, not cheap) arrived; it was probably 12 to 15 feet in height! Much effort to plant it and secure against high winds, but oh, the joy that it will bring as early as next Spring!”

“I have used Paramount Plants on several occasions over the past three years. I have been very pleased with their service and the quality of the plants. I did lose one, very expensive plant, but I believe this was my own fault for not researching the plants soil requirements before buying.”

“The plants arrived safely and were well packed . All four plants on my order were larger than I expected and I was very pleasantly surprised . They are healthy and I have planted the Garrya in a container I made myself. It is a superb plant and already has catkins formed to give a great display in spring. I will certainly get more plants from Paramount in the near future”
