Hi Steve, I'm really sorry about the issue you experienced. Just to clarify, it was a single problem, not four separate ones. I apologise for this and any confusion around the matter. It seems there was a hiccup at the depot where your goods got held up. The issue was flagged on August 14th and thankfully sorted out by the 16th. I know we aim for everything to move smoothly through our network, and while delays like this are rare (about 0.0001% chance), that doesn’t make it any less frustrating for you. I’m really sorry this happened. I’ve gone ahead and issued a partial refund for the delay. I’ll send you an email with more details shortly. Thanks so much for your understanding, and I hope you’ll give us another shot to show you how well our service usually runs.
