Disappointed: booked a 7.5T as access was an issue. 18T truck turned up and the driver told me it was an 18T truck! Called customer service to be told that the truck was 7.5T!!!! The depot only has 18T trucks and it’s the smallest they run. Don’t offer services you can’t deliver.

Hi Scott, I’m really sorry to hear about the mix-up with your recent booking. I can understand how frustrating it must have been to expect a 7.5T truck and have a 18T truck arrive instead. Unfortunately, the local depot in your area of Scotland does not operate with a 7.5T. This discrepancy is entirely our responsibility, and I apologise for any stress and disruption this may have caused. We have now removed this service as an option in your area. The guy who came was great although his small machine that heps put it on the waggon was defective poor guy really struggled.

My goods were poorly handled and damaged some where along the line. couldn't fault collection and delivery. Niki the guy in the office was very helpful and kept me up to date with what was going on.

Booked a pallet to return unused tiles. The website wasn’t clear that the tiles need to be wrapped when being sent back as they have an option on paying extra for the company to do it for you. I thought it was another ruse to get to pay more. However upon arrival the driver told us that unless the pallet was secure she couldn’t take it. Luckily my husband wrapped the tiles and the driver waited for a few minutes. The driver really helped us and was an absolute star. Thanks Meghan- you made a nightmare week with our renovations more bearable. I really thank Meghan as we were under a lot of stress with the return of 19boxes.

Items arrived broken. When I contacted customer service they said my insurance didn't cover the damage because it hadn't been reported within 24 hours (which was not within my control, sending tiles back to a tile company). 0/10 would not recommend. Cost me over £120 in damages and the insurance didn't insure. Save your money and go with ANY OTHER COMPANY

Thanks for getting in touch, Katie. I'm really sorry to hear about the frustrations with our claim process. I've had a look into your booking, and it looks as though we were notified of the damage 7 days after the goods were signed for as clean (no damage), therefore, it's highly unlikely the insurance company will accept the claim. However, if you have any evidence from the tile company showing the goods being unloaded and clearly damaged, or if you have photos of the broken goods timestamped within 48 hours of delivery, we'd be more than happy to raise a claim for you. I truly apologise for the stress and frustration this situation has caused. If you can provide any evidence of the damage within that 48-hour period - like CCTV footage or timestamped photographs - we'd be happy to open a claim for you.
