After a small hiccough, my collection was made by the appropriate sized vehicle 24 hours later than planned. The specified delivery time slot for which I had paid an additional £20 was met.

The company should let me know that i should have a pallet or the company should inform me to pay money so they can supplied me a pallet I need a new collection and delivery and for further information do not hesitate to contact me at 07440014853 Thank you

At PalletOnline, we specialise in pallet deliveries only, and it's crucial that all goods are palletised before the driver arrives to collect them. This is outlined on many of our website pages, including the booking confirmation page and email, as well as in our help section. If you don't have a pallet available, we offer a Pallet & Wrap service. With this option, our driver will bring a pallet, carefully stack your items (provided they are under 25kg each), and wrap them securely for transit. Pallet was collected on a Weds and should have been delivered the following Tues. It was delayed twice and finally arrived on the Thurs. Communication was okay, although they assumed both times that I would be available the next day without checking. No reason for the first delay was given. The second delay I was told that they had lost the pallet, which turned out to be because the bar code had "fallen off". The sender had a pallet but no shrink wrap. I would have bought a shrink wrap service but it's not available separately, only with pallet supply. This would have prevented the bar code falling off ....

Hi Martin, We're really sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery. We completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been. When it comes to rescheduling failed deliveries, we automatically try again on the next working day, much like parcel carriers. This is to ensure we deliver as close to the expected day as possible. We realise that this may not always align with your schedule and we apologise for any stress this has caused. Labels play a crucial role in ensuring your items are trackable and traceable as they journey through our network. Without a label, it becomes a real challenge to pinpoint where your goods are meant to go or which shipment they're part of. Unfortunately, as the pallets arrived without labels, the team had to take some time to identify which consignment the goods belonged to, and then reattach new labels to ensure they got to their destination, which caused a delay in your delivery. We regret that our service didn't meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate our usual industry-best service levels in the future. Best wishes, PalletOnline

My 2 pallets I prepared my self arrived on time , but they had clearly been badly handled , as one pallet was broken , and the contents although completely shrunk wrapped by me for transit had moved to an over hanging position of the pallets and had clearly been badh d into by either other palletised loads or fork trucks . I've not checked for any contents damage as yet , I was expecting the pallets to arrive in the same or similar condition from when they left me .

A disaster from start to finish. We were dealt with by a very over keen lady at Pallet Line who demanded 10 digit tariff codes for every product, which as we all know is totally unneccesary and incorrect. She even told us the VAT number was incorrect for our Irish customer, which it wasn't. We have exported for over 35 years and have never had to jump through the hoops that this lady insisted on. It cost me 4 hours of my time and in the end I gave up and asked for a refund, which we received 5 days later. In the end we used another pallet company with absolutely no problems or unnecessary demands. What a pity.

Hello Guy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the service we provided was not up to the standard you expected, and we understand your frustration. I've taken a look at the booking details as well as the communication between our Logistics Co-ordinator and yourself, and I can see she advised that the invoice was missing some essential information, which we need to pass customs efficiently without delay, including tariff codes for every item that is loaded onto the pallet. I completely understand how it would be a hassle and would take a lot of time to find and list each one of these codes. We offer direct representation for overseas shipments, which requires more detailed information from our customers to comply with regulations and prevent rejections and additional costs. We realise that this differs from indirect representation, which most freight agents use, which can be an inconvenience if that is the style of shipping that you are used to. We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our service and to make your experience as seamless as possible, and following your experience, we will be taking active steps to review our processes to see if there's any way we can simplify and speed things up for next time. After reviewing your booking details, it appears the notification of damage was received more than a week after the goods were delivered. Our policy requires any damages to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim process effectively. While we understand this situation may be disappointing, we can attempt to file a claim despite this, but please be aware that, given the timing of the report, we cannot guarantee the claim's acceptance. Customer service chat was excellent. Some confusion with booking a truck with a tail lift, but they sorted it. I booked the pallet service and someone showed up to pick up my boxes and take it away to palletise them. It was a little unnerving that the driver did not confirm who he was, or explain why my things were being taken away (until I asked about both of these things). This meant I had no control over how things were stacked together and at least half of my plastic storage boxes were shattered in the shipping process. As far as I know nothing inside was damaged. The local company chosen to deliver my pallet was amazing, friendly and helpful and pulled the pallet up a long driveway to the front door. I would use them again now that I know how everything works, but it was a bit confusing at the time.

When our Pallet & Wrap service is booked, the driver will stack your goods in the best way to ensure stability on the pallet. Typically, due to the limited time the driver is able to be on site for, your goods will be taken back to the depot for professional wrapping. I'm really sorry to learn that your storage boxes were broken, but pleased to know that nothing inside was damaged.
