Bit disappointment not to be told that del wouldn't take place on day booked due to lorry van breake down but del given for saturaday to arrive on time and a very helpful driver and great help getting del into workshop

Good service and price. The help system answers quickly with a real, competent person, much appreciated. What would improve it: better comms. There were no emails to confirm that the collection had happened, and I could not see that on the tracking either. The delivery date changed (a day early, great) and it would have been good to know that. Part of the shipment didn’t arrive that day, so again a simple email saying that 4/5 things were delivered and not the full consignment would have saved me asking.

Great service and good price. Made a booking and collection was following day with delivery 2 days after that. Driver was friendly and helpful. Only removing a star becuase the online tracking system doesnt seem to work, possibly my order number was linked to somebody elses delivery? It showed as recieved at the depot long before it had even been picked up. Overall would recommend this company.

With regard to the tracking, each order number is unique and can’t be mixed with another consignment. It sounds like a scanning error may have triggered an incorrect depot update, something that shouldn’t normally occur. We’ll pass this on for review. Great service, only feedback is would be ideal if the driver or depot contacted me beforehand to give a heads up of collection.

The ordering process was really simple and straightforward, even though it was my first time, I didn't find it complicaed at all. I'm really lucky - my order was collected bright and early, so i didn't have to wait long at all. The driver was extremely friendly and even showed me how to pack and wrap the logs more safely. I 'll definitely use your company again!

The collection driver was helpful an assisted putting the engine on the truck. The engine arrived at the customers address and he was happy with the service.

Service was very good in general, However I had a book a double pallet space and was informed by the driver on delivery that even though the dimensions in entered were correct it was not a double pallet.

My pallet was collected on time and a successful delivery., at the worst time of year christmas for high volumes and bad weather. Had some issues but the people on the chat were helpful.

OK except for the last 1/2 mile. Instead of the 7.5 ton lorry it was an 18 ton that could not get to the house. So we dropped it in my car for the last bit

All good but would of been nice to receive a notification ie email stating my pallet had been collected for me considering i placed & paid for the order, also on day of delivery again it would of been a lot easier on myself letting me know an estimated ETA via email or message as i was expecting delivery on the wednesday but tracking stayed for many hours saying scanned to vehicle, i waited for most of the cold day sat in a car waiting as i didnt want driver to turn up to farm & drive of without delivering, he eventually turned up in the dark, when tracking eventually updated to eta 2pm to 4pm i carried on waiting & constantly checking tracking & at 3.15pm it updated to ets 3pm to 5pm, i would use again as price is right but would want email or message updates like most other companys fo automatically

Would be better if the labels were bar coded in order to provide a better tracking service . The collection company picked up the pallet without ringing the door bell or ringing a mobile to say they had arrived or were on their way . Can’t talk about any delivery issues as not there !

Hi James, Thanks for your review and for the feedback. The barcode labels used in our pallet network have to be applied in very specific positions so they can be seen clearly on CCTV and scanned accurately as your consignment moves through the hubs. When labels are put in different places it can lead to scanning problems, so we don’t send these out for customers to apply themselves. I’m sorry the driver didn’t call ahead. We do ask all drivers to ring ahead where possible, and most do, but it doesn’t always happen and that’s on us to improve.
