Hi David, You’re absolutely right - the tracking could be better. While it’s already ahead of most pallet tracking systems, we’re actively working on improving it further. We’ve also made recommendations to our depots to enhance tracking support for collections. We'll keep you posted as soon as updates are available. Thanks again for choosing us!

“While we encountered some difficulties prganising mutually suitable times for colletion and delivery, PalletOnline went the extra mile to help resolve this. Overall they provided an excellent service. Their online service was immensely helpful and the uplift driver was very courteous and efficient. We would definite;y recommend Palletonline to others.”

“The collection and time of collection was first class The problem was not knowing where the goods were owing to a delay at the depot because they were waiting for a fuller load Eventually I found this out upon contacting them and the shipment arrived a day later than schedualed They arrived safely and I was well informed”

“It’s quite simple really. All I wanted was a straight forward delivery at a reasonable price. These guys collected on time and delivered on time. What else do you need. Good job done! The customer service team and drivers were very helpful.”

“Used service on a few occasions. Failed with premium delivery service, next day, on 2 occasions. Tracking not worthwhile, doesn't give a true indication of delivery day and time. 2 stars for online chat service; personnel do their best to assist. I won't be using again, service unreliable.”

Sorry to hear about your experience, Sue. While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, it was unfortunate you experienced two delays. In one case, the driver’s schedule was disrupted, and in the other, there was a vehicle issue. The Wrexham depot had also recently taken on a new area, which added to the challenge. We do have a 97% on-time delivery rate, but we understand this was frustrating. If you decide to give us another chance, we’d be happy to offer you a discount next time around. “Have used this company before and they have not let me down. However on this occasion we booked an early pick up before 3pm and the driver did not arrive until after 5pm. Not very happy and maybe not Palletonlines fault, but it wasn't our fault either and a refund of the extra charge made does not help.”

“Pallet collection from Highlands, Scotland, not being a computer whizz it took me a little longer to book collection, my issue not theirs. The service was first class and at a very competitive price. Their communication was excellent and item arrived safely and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
