Thanks Daniel. All drivers should have pallet trucks and tail lifts as standard. We'll follow this up. This was booked as a 30kg pallet, so shouldn't have caused that kind of issue.

“There was a slight inconvenience for being asked to prepare straps only the day before the collection date, which wasn't mentioned in the pallet and wrap service. Otherwise, the online correspondance was prompt and helpful, the driver was professional, and it was definetely value for money.”
