“Items arrived broken. When I contacted customer service they said my insurance didn't cover the damage because it hadn't been reported within 24 hours (which was not within my control, sending tiles back to a tile company). 0/10 would not recommend. Cost me over £120 in damages and the insurance didn't insure. Save your money and go with ANY OTHER COMPANY”

Thanks for getting in touch, Katie. I'm really sorry to hear about the frustrations with our claim process. I've had a look into your booking, and it looks as though we were notified of the damage 7 days after the goods were signed for as clean (no damage), therefore, it's highly unlikely the insurance company will accept the claim. However, if you have any evidence from the tile company showing the goods being unloaded and clearly damaged, or if you have photos of the broken goods timestamped within 48 hours of delivery, we'd be more than happy to raise a claim for you. I truly apologise for the stress and frustration this situation has caused. If you can provide any evidence of the damage within that 48-hour period - like CCTV footage or timestamped photographs - we'd be happy to open a claim for you. Unfortunately, the driver ran out of time on the original collection date, so had to collect it the following working day. As a result, we prioritised your collection and upgraded your delivery to our premium next-day service free of charge. I’m pleased to see from the tracking that the delivery was made on the originally requested date without any issues, despite the collection delay. Hi Philip, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I'm really sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration with the delay. Sadly, the driver had trouble locating the collection address and wasn't able to speak with the collection contact due to an incorrect phone number. Because of this, we couldn't complete the collection on the first day but managed to pick up the following day. When the driver attempted delivery, unfortunately, the premises were closed. Since we never leave a pallet without prior consent, the driver had to return to the depot for redelivery the next working day. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. We understand how important timely delivery is, and we are taking steps to ensure we validate contact details better at the booking stage to prevent such issues in the future. “I can not comment on your delivery skills as you never picked the goods up on two consecutive days. No communication either. So, the order was cancelled. the ordered was collected and delivered by another company.”

Hi John, I’m very sorry for the issues you experienced with your recent booking. We completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been for you. Unfortunately, the driver missed the collection on his route and returned to the depot by mistake. On the following day, the driver encountered unforeseen issues and sadly missed the collection again. We understand why you chose to cancel the booking and opt for another company. We are taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future, and we have issued a full refund for your booking. I believe Craig has been in touch to discuss this further with you. “We do not use pallet deliveries very often and as such can be penalised for it by way of expense, however, we have found Pallet Online to be simple to book and initially we did not get it right, so we called the "team" where they were more than happy to talk us through the procedure, which we now know, so the booking is simple as said and the costs involved are competitive. Just saved as a favourite in the browser and as and when required log in and make a booking. Retrieving POD's and Invoices are easy. In short, we cannot recommend enough.”
