Excellent service and a bonus they're UK based. Good value and a sure-footed. Easy to book and I love the helpful extras you can buy. Have had some rough rides with other companies (some big names too) and was really concerned about trying another one. I needn't have worried. This was such a pleasant experience (rare these days!), and I won't be going anywhere else in future. Well done Palletonline, take a bow!

Our first experience shipping pallets and we were very nervous! Palletonline arrived on time, picked up with no fuss and delivered as we had asked. Great service, will use again if I need to ship pallets in future.

All good. Pallet was collected & delivered when they said it would be. It was an engine & several companies refused to transport it. I will definitely use again.

Poor poor service. Sent an item via palletline which then got mixed up in their depot and they delivered someone elses pallet to where i wanted mine to go to. They then had to find it and deliver it 2 days later. Then when the pallet was due to be collected to be returned to me I got an email saying they ran out of time and wont collect until 4 days later. Refunded me the extra I paid for 24hr delivery then sent an email full of exscuses such as 95% of packages turn up on time and losing pallets is a "rare occurance". Considering I used the service twice and both times it was messed up doesnt show the company in good light!

Hi Alex, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I’m really disappointed to read that there have been issues both times that you’ve used our service. I can only imagine the deep frustration this has caused. I can see there was a delay in collecting your first booking, which led to your delivery being pushed out by a day. For this, we refunded the next day delivery charge. Your latest booking was cross-labelled, which is an extremely rare occurrence, happening in less than 0.01% of all bookings; but I understand that knowing this doesn’t lessen the impact that this situation has had on you and your business. Our system relies on barcoded labels to route shipments through our network accurately. These barcodes relay critical delivery and service information to our depots’ warehouse teams and drivers; they are scanned at multiple points throughout their journey to verify details and change the tracking status of the pallet. If a label is misplaced, as was the case here, it disrupts the entire process. For this, we are truly sorry. I've had a look at the booking and the POD in our system and can see that the correct pallet was successfully delivered the next working day after the originally scheduled delivery date; because of this, we issued a refund for the price difference between our next day and economy service. I really hope that you will consider using our services again so we can prove our dedication to excellence and demonstrate the high standards we usually achieve. Best wishes, PalletOnline

After a small hiccough, my collection was made by the appropriate sized vehicle 24 hours later than planned. The specified delivery time slot for which I had paid an additional £20 was met.

Pallet was collected on a Weds and should have been delivered the following Tues. It was delayed twice and finally arrived on the Thurs. Communication was okay, although they assumed both times that I would be available the next day without checking. No reason for the first delay was given. The second delay I was told that they had lost the pallet, which turned out to be because the bar code had "fallen off". The sender had a pallet but no shrink wrap. I would have bought a shrink wrap service but it's not available separately, only with pallet supply. This would have prevented the bar code falling off ....

Hi Martin, We're really sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery. We completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been. When it comes to rescheduling failed deliveries, we automatically try again on the next working day, much like parcel carriers. This is to ensure we deliver as close to the expected day as possible. We realise that this may not always align with your schedule and we apologise for any stress this has caused. Labels play a crucial role in ensuring your items are trackable and traceable as they journey through our network. Without a label, it becomes a real challenge to pinpoint where your goods are meant to go or which shipment they're part of. Unfortunately, as the pallets arrived without labels, the team had to take some time to identify which consignment the goods belonged to, and then reattach new labels to ensure they got to their destination, which caused a delay in your delivery. We regret that our service didn't meet your expectations. We hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate our usual industry-best service levels in the future. Best wishes, PalletOnline
