“Excellent service and very good price. My item was collected on the day specified and delivered to my door again when specified, it was a very heavy item and the delivery driver even put it round the back for me. Very well pleased.”

Hi Mark, We’re sorry to read your review. We’ve checked your booking and can confirm the delivery itself was completed on time. In fact, we upgraded your service to a Next Day delivery at our own cost to keep everything on schedule. The initial collection attempt failed because the site was closed at the time of arrival. While we always do our best to work around site restrictions, we do rely on access being available.
