Hi Paul, thanks for your feedback. I’ve checked and can confirm your delivery was collected and delivered on time without any issues. We provide live tracking through our website so you can follow progress at any point during the day. We don’t send out automatic notifications as many of our customers send multiple items daily and find the extra emails overwhelming. That said, I understand you would have preferred more updates and I’ll take this on board for future improvements.
