“Thought it was the cheapest but this company didn't include VAT. So wasn't. No clue of a timeframe just sit and wait. I did get a call to say in my area 20mins for collection . Although my delivery end did not get a call. Driver's were all fine and helpful 👌 No discount for ½ pallets or low weight.”

Hi Lee, thanks for your review. We do offer reduced rates for half pallets compared with fulls. Collections are on an open slot, though you can book an early collection or timed delivery, and delivery ETAs are shown on our tracking page when available, with collection ETAs planned for next year. Prices are shown excluding VAT, as most of our customers are businesses who claim this back, and it’s clearly stated at checkout footer. We ask all drivers to call ahead, though this isn’t always possible if it’s an agency driver or they’re pressed for time. We don’t try to be the cheapest, but we do aim to provide a reliable and helpful service.
