“Excellent service, cannot fault it. Booked collection and delivery on line, pallet collected the next day and delivered the day afterwards. Delivery driver was great. Price was very reasonable. Job done!”

“As a small business every penny counts, Pallet Online were very reasonable on price, they delivered a full day ahead of time and the driver was fantastic. will be using again in the future”

“Pallet was collected a day late. I was notified around 5.30 that the collection would not take place. Our shop closes at 4 so it means hanging around to then be told that they are not coming. It did at least arrive with my customer on time. I wish the template for the email sent would be updated - it starts with "We’re sorry to be the bearer of bad news" it just doesn't feel professional”

I appreciate how frustrating that must have been, even though your delivery did reach your customer on time. We’ve recently reviewed and updated all of our customer communication templates, including the one you’ve mentioned. The old phrasing you saw “We’re sorry to be the bearer of bad news” has now been replaced with wording that’s clearer and more professional. Your feedback has been really helpful in that process, and I want to reassure you that we’re working hard to make sure both our service and our communication meet the standards you expect. “Very easy to use. I am not a commercial company and I bought an Outboard from a dealer in England to get shipped to Northern Ireland. Incredibly easy to use service and the communication from Fran and the team was excellent. I saved almost £100 on delivery by choosing this company instead of the dealers transport.”

“Amazingly helpful driver who collected my pallet - we're down a tricky lane but he didn't make a fuss and then we had to shift load off the dodgy pallet and he was very helpful and pleasant about it all. Thanks!”

“Collected and delivered as arranged. Drivers were helpful. I would have liked a paper reciept on collection although I did receive an automated one after the event. I dont think Id use them for anything breakable as the items in the lorry were not secured in a ny way.”
