“A very efficient delivery service, at a good price. Other firms wanted upwards of £1400 plus vat, so these guys were a snatch. collected from East Mids to Inverness, took 2 days.....Impressed !”

“Went very well under the circumstances unfortunately there was a delay in the delivery because of a very large water leak that closed that closed the road leading to the destination but no matter it was solved a couple of days later 👍”

“Very happy with the service I recieved. The website was clear that my collection could be at varying times but it was helpful that it was explained that drivers made deliveries in the morning then collected before 1 and then deliveries in the afternoon then collected before 5. The driver was friendly and profossional and I felt that the pallet was in safe hands. I really appreciated that I could schedule a time for delivery at the other end as I didn't want the reciever of the pallet to have to wait in all day.”

“Our pallet was not collected on the day indicated and was then rescheduled.I informed yourselves that the business park closed at 4.30 on Fridays , hence why i never choose Fridays for collections. I was told categorically that the collection would be by % pm so i returned to the unit and waited. No collrction at 5 so i set off home. 20 mins later the delivery man phoned me to say he was 5 mins away. After a discussion we decided to end the week on a positive,so i turned round and returned. No complaints about the driver, he was so lovely. Not impressed with all that waiting. 5 stars to the driver”

I can appreciate how frustrating that must have been. I’m glad to hear our driver was able to turn the situation around with his attitude and service on the day. To make up for the inconvenience caused, we upgraded your delivery to a Next Day service at our own cost so your goods would still reach their destination on time. We’ll be feeding this back to the depot to help avoid similar issues in the future. Your comments are really valuable in helping us improve both communication and service. I do want to clarify that your delivery itself was completed on time and without issue. Given that outcome, a 1-star review feels harsh, but we do take your comments seriously. The vast majority of drivers in our network are English-speaking and fully trained. If you found communication difficult on this occasion, that’s unusual, and we’ll raise this with the depot involved.
