Customer service chat was excellent. Some confusion with booking a truck with a tail lift, but they sorted it. I booked the pallet service and someone showed up to pick up my boxes and take it away to palletise them. It was a little unnerving that the driver did not confirm who he was, or explain why my things were being taken away (until I asked about both of these things). This meant I had no control over how things were stacked together and at least half of my plastic storage boxes were shattered in the shipping process. As far as I know nothing inside was damaged. The local company chosen to deliver my pallet was amazing, friendly and helpful and pulled the pallet up a long driveway to the front door. I would use them again now that I know how everything works, but it was a bit confusing at the time.

We understand the importance of clear communication, and we are looking into how we can explain the whole process more clearly so customers know who and what to expect. When our Pallet & Wrap service is booked, the driver will stack your goods in the best way to ensure stability on the pallet. Typically, due to the limited time the driver is able to be on site for, your goods will be taken back to the depot for professional wrapping. I'm really sorry to learn that your storage boxes were broken, but pleased to know that nothing inside was damaged. On a brighter note, it's fantastic to know that our local delivery partner left a positive mark with their friendly and helpful service! Thanks again for your honest feedback. Very happy with their delivery. Would have been good to know in advance that their palletising/wrapping service taking an extra day happens off-site - I can't walk, but would have done it myself quicker anyway, as I had a pallet here. :d A lot pricier than a man with a van, but also a whole different league meaning I didn't lose sleep over the welfare of my consignment.

Our drivers run on tight schedules, juggling multiple pick-ups and deliveries daily, with just 15 minutes allocated for each stop. This tight timeframe makes it tricky to both stack and wrap pallets on-site - and do a proper job of it! To keep things rolling smoothly and ensure your goods are safe and secure, our drivers might stack your items on the pallet at the collection point but take them back to the depot for that final wrap-up. This way, the drivers stick to their schedules while your items get the care and wrapping they need to stay solid during transit. Great service. Very efficient. Was slightly surprised that the depot got in touch to increase the cost. I booked three micro palets online, only to be told, they didn't offer this... so had to pay for three quarter pallets, so just a technicality on the website. otherwise fantastic service.

We're sorry for the mix-up of pallet sizes; we greatly appreciate your understanding re the change in cost for your shipment, and we apologise for any confusion during the booking process. To clarify, when goods exceed the dimensions of a standard pallet (1.0m x 1.2m), they are considered 'oversized'. When you're picking your pallet spaces, you’ll find a different tab for these bigger options. Unfortunately, we aren't able to send oversized micro pallets as it's not a service our network offers; the smallest option we have for oversized items is a quarter pallet. We will pass your feedback on to our development team to see if we can do anything to differentiate the standard vs oversized options. Thank you again for your feedback. We had a problem with our order - we placed it and when it got to the last stage - it didn't complete. Seems we had a typo in the email address. Entered it again, but decided to call - as we were concerned we might be charged twice. We were reassured we wouldn't be, but then saw that we were. Not too impressed and wrote a review as such. To PalletOnline's credit, the boss emailed me, explained what had happened and rectified it straight away. It's not about things going wrong (problems happen) it's about how it's dealt with.

Shipment booked easy and picked up and Shipped just as they said. One small issue was they were supposed to call me when they picked shipment up so I could verify all at point of collection was correct but no one called. Other than that all went ok.

I was scratching my head how to get 2x antique cannons from Barnstable to Belfast. Found Palletonline and in 4 easy steps I had it organised. Delivery took about a week but I was able to track the items ok. Thought prices were very reasonable. Only hiccup was I took the day off work to await delivery but the freight handlers in Belfast were a day late with it and neglected to let me know. No issue with Irish Sea customs either, will certainly use again.

Customer service/ Admin was very helpful in giving me advice on which pallet service to book and also, took down the special note regarding parking by courier pickup. Pallet was collected on the day as booked and delivered to it's destination on time as well. The courier/driver was friendly and helpful.

Collected a day later than arranged due to staff shortages. This is never convenient when you have a 12 hour collection window snd gVe tons around . But on the positive the pallet was delivered on time as promised and in good condition. Would I use again? Yes.

Lorry couldn’t get down to us as another as another companies artic unit got jammed up, polite and patient driver allowed me to sort out a trailer to collect from his location in the village.

Overall my experience with Pallet Online has been good but recently I had an unpleasant experience where I sent a Pallet to London. I got a call from an employee of Pallet Online who informed me that the pallet could not be delivered as the driver would need parking permission to deliver the Pallet; driver had parked up the road from the place he needed to deliver the Pallet due to double yellow lines. I was also told I would be charged for re-delivery if the Pallet could not be delivered as the driver could only wait 15 minutes. I contacted my customer to inform hin of these issues; my customer informed me that the Pallet was delivered sucessfully with no issues. The employee at Pallet Online proceeded to send me an invoice with charges for re-delivery. I was not happy and sent a message to her through Live Chat. It was a Friday so I got contacted on Monday with an apology saying she had not contacted the driver to ask if he had managed to deliver the pallet or not. The issue was sorted but it has left my confidence in using Pallet Online again rather shaken.
