Price was very good. Ordering process easy. Pallet collected and delivered as per stated. It would be handy to be notified on the day of a closer collection time instead of between 9 and 5pm.

The overall service was good - consignment was collected and delivered at the times requested I would have been more relaxed about the whole process if I could have had more timely updates on collection, dispatch etc Pallets were collected Thursday afternoon but this wasn't visible on the website until Saturday morning

Hi Kieron, Thank you for your review and for confirming that collection and delivery took place at the requested times. You are absolutely right about the tracking delay. In this case the pallets were booked for a Monday delivery rather than next day, so they did not move through the network until the weekend. The first network scan therefore happened later, which is why you did not see an update straight after Thursday’s collection. We know this is not ideal and can be unsettling when you are waiting for confirmation. We have already fed back to the network that scans should be done at the point of collection rather than only when freight moves through the depots to the hub, so customers get earlier, clearer updates. Thank you again for the feedback - it helps us push for better tracking for everyone.

Almost perfect. Gave me a time frame for delivery but arrived a bit later than that. But all arrived safely 159kgs on its pallet, and the two delivery guys were very helpful in putting the pallet where I wanted it, which wasn’t straightforward. Good communications from the chatbot to the real people. Thank you.

I was happy with the price and delivery. The driver was helpful and said he'd fix the binding on the package as it snapped when uplifting. Unfortunately the recipient claims there are a few scratches on the item and wants to deduct £35 from my refund. I am waiting on evidence of this, as the item was unoacked and rrpacked almost immediately in the original packaging. I have no compkaints about your service but would like any feedback on the delivery and if there were any issues. I woukd use this in my interaction with the the seller. Regards, Frank Williamson

Overall excellent, only quibble would be that we had booked an afternoon delivery but the pallet came at 9am. Fortunately we were there to receive it!

Collection and delivery were on the agreed days. Very little communication and an update espeically with timings would have been helpful though.

Collected and delivered as arranged. Drivers were helpful. I would have liked a paper reciept on collection although I did receive an automated one after the event. I dont think Id use them for anything breakable as the items in the lorry were not secured in a ny way.

Quick efficient service, the only downside is that the price offered is excluding vat. That’s misleading when you see the initial cost. The driver did not call beforehand so you need to wait around between 09:00-17:00. Significantly better priced than other engine courier firms. This company also offers a pallet and wrap service for small additional cost. Overall fantastic value for money and just slight improves needed to be 5 star.

Pallet was picked up and delivered on the days stated, pickup was easy and delivery was prompt and efficient. Pallet arrived just as it was packaged with zero issues whatsoever. Only reason for four stars is I’d love to be able to get an ETA on pickup / delivery, it would have been helpful to know a 2/3 hour window where the courier would be onsite. Otherwise service was faultless!

We do provide ETAs for deliveries where possible, and send a text when the vehicle leaves the depot, but collections run on an open window so we can’t give ETAs for those just yet. I would have given a 5 but an issue with dates just took the edge off the service. On original booking the collection /delivery dates were given. However the next day I had to put the collection date back one day. The PalletOnline staff were very helpful and the collection date was changed with the delivery date also going back one day. All parties were informed of change. However the collection lorry arrived at the collection address on the original date. Luckily the person there had just returned in time to give the item to the driver. I informed PalletOnline what happened and enquired whether the delivery date would now resort back to that of the original booking which it did. The people at the delivery address had to be informed of this new change. Apart from this the service was good with the item arriving safely.

Apologies for the mix-up around the dates - we did everything we could to update the booking, but clearly there was a slip in communication on the collection depot side. Everything worked very smoothly thank you. However there was zero communication regarding successful collection or delivery timing. I happened to have your initial app still open on my phone and looked to see if there was information. The initial delivery was 1230 ish but subsequently became 10-11. I was able to meet the delivery so all was well but at least texts or emails to keep me updated.

Thanks, William. We're glad everything went smoothly in terms of service levels and that the delivery was successful. Just to clarify, collections and deliveries run on open windows between 9am and 5pm, which is standard for pallet networks. Tracking updates begin once the first scan is made back at the depot, as noted on our website. While any ETA is just an estimate, we're pleased there were no disruptions and it all arrived in good time.

The website is very easy to use, everything all in one place and effortless, easy to download an invoice and print off labels. Not given the full 5 stars only let down is the tracking information, unable to roughly know when collections will be made, however, can track deliveries but no information via email to notify you this has been delivered unless you login to the website. Customer Services through the Chat feature are polite, friendly and efficieint always happy to help and very knowledgable.

Regarding tracking - collections don’t come with time slots as deliveries are prioritised first, and with the way all pallet networks operate, collection times can be a little unpredictable. Very easy to order online, this was my first time. I decided to pay extra for a pallet and shrinkwrap. This was not done by the collection driver, but at delivery point it was delivered on a pallet and shrinkwraped.

Just to clarify - when you select pallet and shrink wrap, the goods may be palletised and wrapped back at the depot rather than at the collection point, depending on the driver's route and vehicle. I booked a colection and delivery for an engine part repair followed byt the collection and return to the garage. The first one i had paid for next day, am, delivery but sadly it was collected a day late. The return order was collected and delivered as it should have been but the tracker was useless! Spent all day checking it just to get an email late in the evening to say it was delivered at lunch time. Not sure that i would use this company again

Just to clarify a couple of points: If goods haven’t moved forward in the network, we’re unable to provide tracking updates - this is why the tracker may have appeared inactive until later in the day. Also, we offer AM delivery slots, not AM collections- if there was any confusion there, we’re happy to explain further. Glad the return leg went smoothly, and we do appreciate you giving us a go.
