On the website it stated that you pallet and wrap. This was to be carried out at the pickup. Driver knew nothing about it and even after contacting the office he was still none the wiser! The driver was a gentleman and agreed to take the item on a spare pallet he had. It was then agreed that it would be wrapped at the yard. If this is not a service that is offered then it should not be on the website. The plus side of the delivery was it arrived on the scheduled date which the recipient was pleased about.

Hi Martin, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the pallet and wrap service. As we work within a pallet network, this service is available in most areas, but some depots don’t always have full visibility of the booking details in their traffic management systems. While we clearly state this requirement on the consignment, the high volume of pallets being processed each day means it can sometimes be overlooked. That said, we do mention on our website that in such cases, drivers may take the goods back to the depot to be wrapped before onward delivery. We're glad to hear the driver was helpful and that your delivery arrived on schedule. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.

Job when well had a small delay with customs was delivered on time the only thing l can complaine about is that l got no email to say it had been delivered..

I booked a pallet collection but I made a mistake with the collection address contacted palletonline and they said that they could not make any changes, although it was 4 days until collection, they said I would have to cancel it and they gave me a full refund, but when I rebooked the collection it was £25 more expensive, and it was only one mile difference to the original booking, so not good, but the service the gave was excellent,

Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing us to handle your pallet delivery. I’ve looked into your situation, and I’d like to provide some clarity. The price difference was due to a 20% discount applied to your first booking. At the time, we couldn’t change the address because it was already in the network system. Postcodes are zoned and sometimes require a different depot, which is why changes aren’t currently possible at that stage. However, we’re actively working on a solution to allow postcode updates in the future. When you requested to cancel, it wasn’t clear that you intended to rebook. If we had known, we would have happily extended the 20% discount for you at the time. To make things right, I’ve now refunded the 20% difference to match your original booking price. Thank you again for your booking and for sharing your experience. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you again in the future!

Collection was great and item arrived safely. The driver collecting (Wayne) was brilliant and really helped as it was very difficult to load. The only problem was being unable prior to collection to speak to anyone as I haven’t done this before. The online chat got there in the end but took 75 minutes whereas a call would have sorted things in under ten and been more reassuring.

Booking was straight forward, collected on time but delivery was a day late. I would be very useful to have an online tracking for customers. Wood definitely use again.

Thanks for the feedback, John! Great to hear the delivery went smoothly. You're absolutely right about the time window for collections - we’d love to offer more precise ETAs, but since collections usually follow after deliveries, it's a bit tricky. Generally, they happen between 3pm and 5pm on second runs, and occasionally between 11am and 1pm on first runs, but most are done in the afternoon for our collections. We’re always looking for ways to improve, so we really appreciate your input!

The collection and time of collection was first class The problem was not knowing where the goods were owing to a delay at the depot because they were waiting for a fuller load Eventually I found this out upon contacting them and the shipment arrived a day later than schedualed They arrived safely and I was well informed

Item was collected and delivered as agreed but it would have been nice to have been kept informed along the way that collection had taken place and be given an approximate delivery time. We were not kept informed along the way at all.

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad your item was delivered as agreed, but we're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations when it came to communication. We do offer detailed online tracking for every step of your pallet's journey, including collection times and delivery ETAs, along with a link to the POD, when available. While we always ask drivers to give a 30-minute heads-up call before delivery, some depots restrict their cab phones to emergencies only. Our customer service team is here to help via LiveChat from 9am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, and can provide delivery ETAs and support. Due to the high volume of bookings, personal updates for every step aren't feasible, but we are very proactive in notifying customers of, and quickly resolving, any issues that may occur. We're also working on implementing SMS updates to keep you better informed about collection, delivery, and POD availability. Despite the communication issues, we're pleased to know that your items were collected and delivered as agreed, and that overall you were happy with the service we provided. After a small hiccough, my collection was made by the appropriate sized vehicle 24 hours later than planned. The specified delivery time slot for which I had paid an additional £20 was met.
