Very easy to order online, this was my first time. I decided to pay extra for a pallet and shrinkwrap. This was not done by the collection driver, but at delivery point it was delivered on a pallet and shrinkwraped.

Thanks, Carol! We're glad your first experience ordering online was easy. Just to clarify - when you select pallet and shrink wrap, the goods may be palletised and wrapped back at the depot rather than at the collection point, depending on the driver's route and vehicle. I booked a colection and delivery for an engine part repair followed byt the collection and return to the garage. The first one i had paid for next day, am, delivery but sadly it was collected a day late. The return order was collected and delivered as it should have been but the tracker was useless! Spent all day checking it just to get an email late in the evening to say it was delivered at lunch time. Not sure that i would use this company again

Hi Susan, Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the frustration caused. Just to clarify a couple of points: If goods haven’t moved forward in the network, we’re unable to provide tracking updates - this is why the tracker may have appeared inactive until later in the day. Also, we offer AM delivery slots, not AM collections- if there was any confusion there, we’re happy to explain further. Glad the return leg went smoothly, and we do appreciate you giving us a go. If you decide to try us again, we’ll aim to give you a much better experience throughout. 🚛👍

The driver rang about 20 minutes ahead of arrival, to let me know he was getting near. He knew the area, and was able to find our lane without difficulty. He manouvered the (7.5t) truck very well, and was loaded up and gone within a few minutes. He was pleasant and helpful. The pallet arrived 400 miles away within the time slot I'd booked, as you'd hope. All good, really. Improvements? I guess if Palletline could give some indication of when in the day the collection was going to happen, that would be helpful, but I'd certainly use them again even if not.

I always used pallet online for delivery but the only problem is that they don't give specific time for collection.

There was a slight inconvenience for being asked to prepare straps only the day before the collection date, which wasn't mentioned in the pallet and wrap service. Otherwise, the online correspondance was prompt and helpful, the driver was professional, and it was definetely value for money.

We were pleased with almost all of the service. It was let down by a late collection. We had understood that collection would be in the afternoon before 5.00pm but it was delayed until 5.45. We were kept informed but had to ask an employee to stay late to make the handover.

Very easy to arrange a collection, everything that you need is on the website. Quick collection and delivery. Only negative was the driver arrived to collect parcel unaware that we'd paid for the pallet and wrap service but this was sorted very quickly

We paid for the pallet & wrap service, yet the pallet was not wrapped on site. We saw this might happen and asked the driver and he assured us they would wrap it. Lo and behold, 2 days later it arrives unwrapped. We were a little worried watching it wobble since it wasn't wrapped. That being said, everything turned out fine and both collection and delivery were timely.

Hi Sean, Thanks for your review, and I’m sorry to hear the pallet wasn’t wrapped as requested. If we’d known at the time, we could’ve raised it with the depot and arranged a credit for the missed service - always feel free to flag any issues with us directly and we’ll do everything we can to make sure the service runs as advertised. That said, I’m glad everything arrived safely and the timings went to plan.

A better more up to date and informative tracking system could be implemented. It wasn’t very helpful in showing my client that the pallet was collected when it only gets updated 24 hours after collection. E mail updates would also help as I don’t want to have to keep logging in.

Thanks for your feedback, Michael. The current tracking system operates this way across all networks, as there is no scan until the goods leave the depot for their onward journey. We've raised the idea of a scan upon collection to improve tracking, and it's being considered for the next system update later this year. Tracking has always been web-based and doesn't require a login - just your order number. However, if you're logged in, you'll see more detailed information. We’ve aimed to avoid excessive emails since tracking is available online, but we've had multiple requests for email updates, so we’ll now look to implement this. Appreciate your input! 🚛👍

Delivery of a 2.8ltr v6 engine. Delivery driver was brilliant. Unloaded exactly where i wanted the engine. Polite and friendly. Only criticism is lack of updates. Once booked there is no communication until the engine turns up on your doorstep. A quick email notification to confirm pick up would be good. Would definitely use the service again.

Paid extra for pre 3pm collection, pallet wasn’t picked up till 4pm !! Not good ! Arrived ok and in good time, more choice on delivery and collection times would be better.

Hi Alan, apologies for the late collection. The depot struggled that day, but we’re glad it was still collected rather than delayed further. We’ve refunded the pre-3pm charge and added a little extra as an apology. Appreciate your feedback!

Delivery was on time, and driver was helpful. However, with the Pallet & Wrap service, the pallet was on the small side, and was quite lightly wrapped. Online tracking was mediocre, but support by WhatsApp was very good.

Regarding the Pallet & Wrap service, the wrap is intentionally light as it is not a full wrap service. We always advise customers to prepare their goods appropriately for onward travel, including protection against the elements if required. We also appreciate your comments on tracking. While the pallet industry is currently behind the parcel sector in terms of technology and infrastructure, we actually offer the most advanced pallet tracking system available at the moment. That said, we are still awaiting further network upgrades that will improve tracking visibility even more, and we’re actively working to enhance this for our customers. We used PalletOnline for the first time last week. The collection went smoothly and the goods were delivered on time. Sadly, the tracking number we were given didn't work, but this was the only slight hiccup. We will use the company again

I can only presume my delivery arrived at it's destination as I've not had any confirmation to the contrary clearly this is a n improvement you could make.
