This was one of the most cost-effective services on offer, with a first rate service. The pallet was collected within half an hour of making the booking, collected by a very pleasant and helpful driver and delivered on time despite being a complex delivery location and next day am delivery.

Despite detailing the dimensions and weight of our pallet the collection van could not load it through the side curtain without a forklift truck...that the courier did not have. My experience comprised wasting half a day trying to arrange for the pallet to be collected as well as frantically trying to arrange for use of a neighbouring business forklift truck. After the pain of collection, the pallet was delivered to its destination.

Hi Kai, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I've had a look into this and can see that our website wrongly allowed you to book a collection tail lift. Due to the size of your goods and number of spaces, our tail lifts would've been too small to safely move your pallets onto the trailer. We've recently added two new oversized options, which has caused some confusion with the add-ons at checkout. I'd like to apologise for this, and we are pushing a fix for the error as a matter of urgency. To conclude, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you, and I'd like to stress that errors like this are extremely rare. Customer service was friendly and helpful, BUT delivery was a disaster. Sent 10 pallets which were picked up a date late (tracking still showed today's pick up at 10 pm) which cause a big problem in our got delivered on 3 different days. Most of them were damaged and needed restacking. We wasted a lot of time getting this delivery sorted with the customer and depot. One pallet will be returned to us because the customer rejected it due to the damage. We are sending a lot of pallets with the same weight and measurements and this never happened before. The delay caused a huge problem too. Never again.

Hi Tanja, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with your booking. Sadly, the depot failed to collect your goods on the original date due to insufficient capacity. Because of this, we upgraded your booking, free of charge, from our 2-day super saver service to a next-day service to ensure your goods still arrived at the delivery point on the originally planned date. Following successful pick up of the goods, unfortunately, there was an issue with delivery. This is mostly down to the preparation of the pallets at the collection point. The goods were not secured well enough to the pallet and moved during transit from the collection point to the collection depot. This resulted in the goods requiring a restack at the depot, which you were informed of at the time. Damages are likely to happen if the goods are not secured well enough to be transported. To conclude, I completely understand your frustration with this situation, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and your customer. This is not a usual occurrence for us as all pallets that travel through our network are generally stacked very well. This was my first time of using Pallet Online and I will definitely be using them again. The website is very easy to use, the prices extremely reasonable and the service is excellent. There are good communications to track your delivery, the drivers were professional and courteous. The customer service was very helpful . I recommend them.

No problems at all with the booking process and the collection I even had to adjust the weight of pallet as didn't get it right but all sorted with a phone call overall as good as it gets, would not hesitate to use again

Generally competitive rates and straightforward booking process. Customer service and response was really good. Unfortunately was let down by the delivery - we had paid extra for a specific timed delivery, which was very important as we had no one on site to receive the shipment until a specific time of day. Received a call over 3 hours before the delivery was due by the driver to say he had arrived and had to unload to get to another delivery asap. After a stressful hour and rearrangements of plans, we sorted this out ourselves and got someone to receive the delivery early. Customer service again was very helpful and promptly issued a refund for the extra timed delivery charge. But unfortunately it had affected our experience with Pallet Online quite significantly.

Sadly, we are unable to guarantee collection and delivery times; they're all made on a best endeavours basis. I can, however, understand how frustrating it is to end up having to rush to ensure somebody is present at the site. High freight volumes, along with many other factors, can put huge strain on many depots across the country, and errors like this may happen from time to time. It's great that you received great customer service from us (it's what we do best after all!), but I also sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. Incidents like this are an extremely rare occurrence, and we hope this hasn't knocked your confidence in us. We hope you give us another chance to demonstrate our usual, exceptional standards. Giving them only 2 stars sadly. Our beautiful bathtub arrived intact. But that’s to do with the fact was very well packaged. Tracking was showing the pallet would arrive on Friday and as no mention of the time I had to stay at home all day waiting. Tracking details on their web site not effective as consequence lost a day indoors. I think I will try my luck with a different carrier next time.

I've had a look into this and, unfortunately, the delivery depot were unable to deliver your goods on the first attempt due to extremely high volumes and driver sickness. Logistics is an industry with many moving parts, and high freight volumes as well driver sicknesses can cause delays that are out of our control. Sadly, this looks to be the case in this instance. PalletOnline operate as part of the Palletline network, and we're extremely proud to boast one of the highest success rates in the country. Therefore, it's just as disappointing for you as it is for us when these delays occur.
