“100% Driver on pickup was a true gent despite BY OpenRach trying their best to block both the road and my driveway. Driver on delivery was entirely helpful and courteous. Thank you”

Hi Angela, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I'm really sorry to hear that your goods didn't arrive on time. I've looked into this, and I can see that the driver advised us that they wouldn't be able to make the collection on the requested day due to an issue with a previous delivery. As soon as we were made aware of this issue, we contacted you to discuss the situation. Once we learned that this shipment was time critical, we spoke with the depot straight away to arrange a different driver to collect your goods, ensuring they were still delivered before the weekend. According to our records, the driver arrived on site at around 4:45 pm that Thursday, but there wasn't anyone available to hand over the goods so the driver returned to the depot. I can see that the goods were collected successfully on the Friday and delivered the following working day, which was the Monday. I'm really sorry that we weren't able to pick the goods up on the Thursday as planned. Please be aware that there should always be someone on-site and ready to hand the goods over to the driver to ensure the process runs smoothly. As we weren't able to get these goods to their destination on the day required, I can see that we've refunded the price difference between our next-day service and our 2-day service. In conclusion, I completely understand your frustration with this situation, and we deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused. Delays like these aren't a usual occurrence with our service, and I hope you'll give us another chance in the future to demonstrate our usual, industry-best standards. Kind regards, PalletOnline

“Never used a pallet delivery company before and a lot of the trust pilot reviews for other companies didn’t fill me with confidence. Went with PalletOnline on basis of their better reviews and am glad I did. Easy to book, good communication in days leading up to and on day of pick up, and good communication on delivery. Would recommend and would use again.”

“Collected a day later than arranged due to staff shortages. This is never convenient when you have a 12 hour collection window snd gVe tons around . But on the positive the pallet was delivered on time as promised and in good condition. Would I use again? Yes.”

“This was one of the most cost-effective services on offer, with a first rate service. The pallet was collected within half an hour of making the booking, collected by a very pleasant and helpful driver and delivered on time despite being a complex delivery location and next day am delivery.”

“Despite detailing the dimensions and weight of our pallet the collection van could not load it through the side curtain without a forklift truck...that the courier did not have. My experience comprised wasting half a day trying to arrange for the pallet to be collected as well as frantically trying to arrange for use of a neighbouring business forklift truck. After the pain of collection, the pallet was delivered to its destination.”

Hi Kai, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I've had a look into this and can see that our website wrongly allowed you to book a collection tail lift. Due to the size of your goods and number of spaces, our tail lifts would've been too small to safely move your pallets onto the trailer. We've recently added two new oversized options, which has caused some confusion with the add-ons at checkout. I'd like to apologise for this, and we are pushing a fix for the error as a matter of urgency. To conclude, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you, and I'd like to stress that errors like this are extremely rare.
