“Excellent service. Was earlier than 30 minutes call prior to visit. The gentleman was very helpful. Although they collect on the Monday my goods went on the Wednesday to the distribution centre but when I check other companies they were the fastest service. Overall excellent and will use them again.”

“Customer service/ Admin was very helpful in giving me advice on which pallet service to book and also, took down the special note regarding parking by courier pickup. Pallet was collected on the day as booked and delivered to it's destination on time as well. The courier/driver was friendly and helpful.”

“Very good, prompt and no problems with collection or delivery. If they would called the collection address before hand i would have given them 6 out of 5 stars !”

“No problems that I am aware of, but there is no confirmation of when collection will be made in the given day or that the pallet has been delivered to it's destination...”

Regarding collection and delivery confirmation, we do ask drivers to call both the collection and delivery locations approximately 30 mins before arrival, however, this can never be guaranteed, as some drivers only have the ability to contact their own depot and the emergency services. “It did exactly what it said it would - collected on the agreed day, delivered it on the agreed day, charged the agreed price. Driver was polite and helpful.
