“Very easy to order online, this was my first time. I decided to pay extra for a pallet and shrinkwrap. This was not done by the collection driver, but at delivery point it was delivered on a pallet and shrinkwraped.”

Thanks, Carol! We're glad your first experience ordering online was easy. Just to clarify - when you select pallet and shrink wrap, the goods may be palletised and wrapped back at the depot rather than at the collection point, depending on the driver's route and vehicle. Great to hear it arrived properly palletised and wrapped at the delivery point as expected. Thanks again for choosing us! 🚛👍

“Collection was smooth and the pallet loaded, it was first on. The load was unwrapped but secured to the pallet with some minor protusions, nothing excessive! The system for choosing the pallet size enabled us to identify the size of load needed and have confidence it would be collected.”

“Missed the collection date, admittedly I was advised that this would happen, was then moved to an premium service to maintain the delivery date. Missed the delivery date, no warning this time. Was told it would be delivered the following day, when I explained I would be offsite, I was told I would be contacted half an hour prior to delivery so that I could be there. By mid afternoon I had heard nothing, during a WhatsApp conversation that I implemented, I was told the parcel was still at the depot but would still be delivered before 5, tracking said it was at the depot awaiting departure. No phone call but an hour later when I checked the tracking, it said it had been delivered. I went to the address and sure enough, it was there. Collection and delivery was fine, timeframe and communication is poor.”

Hi John, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad the collection and delivery themselves went through without issue, but we completely understand your frustration with the delays and lack of timely updates. While we do our best to communicate as soon as we’re aware of any changes, we don’t always get direct alerts from the depots. We rely on scan tracking and pass on updates as soon as we have them. Sorry that this one was delayed at both ends and that the communication didn’t match what was promised. We’ll review this internally and continue working on improving the process.

“I had purchased a roller tool box on EBay, very large, very heavy, it was a collection only sale but the seller agreed to a collection by courier if I couldn’t collect myself . The seller was a six hour drive away for me, my vehicle is quite an old vehicle so I would need to hire a Van , (expensive, to hire and to fuel ) I searched online for a suitable courier or collection/delivery service . I did a few online searches and the best one that fulfilled all my requirements was Palletonline, I needed a pallet, someone to pack my item on the pallet, a tail lift vehicle to collect ,(I couldn’t guarantee a forklift being at the collection site) and a pre 3pm collection to suit the seller, ……a small vehicle with a tail lift at the delivery site , it is a residential address. Palletonline was fantastic , I was able to pick my dates quite easily both pickup and delivery . From collection to delivery was within three days. Item was well wrapped and delivered on a sturdy wooden pallet…..The delivery driver was fantastic, very helpful, courteous ,professional and friendly, I actually remembered them from a previous delivery to an elderly neighbour, on that occasion they went above and beyond to help her take delivery of an extremely heavy Log Burner . My Experience with Palletonline was fantastic. Everything arrived in a perfect condition ready to use , Palletonline will remove the pallet if you don’t wish to keep it . I would highly recommend Palletonline, quotes are very competitive, services offered are individually priced so there are no hidden fees or costs. You can build your own service or requirements for different collections/deliveries. I know I will be using them again in the future .”
