“A text message or email of confirmed delivery would be amazing even a photo for proof of delivery would make the service even better”

Thanks for the feedback, Luke! We actually do provide proof of delivery photos- these can be viewed directly on the tracking page once the delivery is complete. That said, we appreciate the suggestion about email or text confirmations and will definitely take that on board as we look to improve the service further. 🚛👍

“It would be fair to say that this was a good service, then pallet that was sent eithvarious boxes strapped to it was received looking exactly the same as the picture of the items at the beginning of their 400 mile journey, Would reccomend and use again.”

“Brilliant, no problem pallet delivery from this trusted company. There was a small issue when collecting the pallet due to the industrial Units not being numbered clearly. However, I was contacted by phone and the problem was quickly resolved. Once collected the excellent tracking system kept me informed throughout the delivery process. The day and time slot given was spot on and the wagon arrived complete with a very helpful and friendly driver who cheerfully off-loaded my pallet and placed it exactly where requested on my drive. All in all I could not have asked for a better more efficient service and I will certainly be using this company in the future.”

“Poor communication from pallet online, original order was due on the 15th & I received an email to say my delivery had changed & would arrive 2 days earlier so I booked the day off work & the package never arrived. When I contacted them about this they said that it wasn't due until the 15th, So i sent them the email I received stating that it changed & they replied that the had mistakenly entered the wrong tracking number. The package ended up arriving on the 14th instead 🤦‍♂️.”
