“I contacted several pallet shipping companies regarding shipping a gearbox. All of them ignored me except yourselves. Your customer service is amazing and put my worries at rest. No quibbles, no problems, no long lists of what you cannot do. Website was easy to use. Only way you could improve is to offer to bring the postage label, not everyone has access to a printer. Many thanks 😊 🙏 highly recommended.”

Thanks, Sally! We're really glad our team could help when others didn’t, and that everything went smoothly with your shipment. Just to explain on the labels - while we do recommend customers print and attach them where possible (especially if there’s more than one pallet, to avoid mix-ups), if you don’t have access to a printer, we’ll still collect and label it for you at the depot. It just carries a slightly higher risk of error, which is why we encourage pre-labelling when possible. Thanks again for the kind words and recommendation! 😊🙏🚛

“Really bad service. The goods arrived damaged, bent and completely un-usable. Did not take pallet / wrap as paid for. No care taken what so ever. Now I have to go down a 12 week insurance claim route. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

Hi Darrell, we're really sorry to hear about your experience. Damage is extremely rare across our network, with less than 0.03% of freight affected, so this isn’t a typical reflection of the service. When pallet and wrap is selected, the goods may be palletised back at the depot depending on the driver's route and vehicle setup, which is explained at booking. We’re aware you've claimed back through PayPal, although the standard route is through our claims process. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

“Well where should I start You collected the pallet on time no problem. There were four items on the pallet all wrapped and sealed on the pallet. When our customer received the pallet there was one item on top of the pallet wrapped in pink film which was damaged. I contacted your help line and they said they had seen a video of the pallet being knocked off the top of other pallets on the lorry. A driver climbing up pulling the pallet out from the back and putting one item back on the pallet. The other 3 left. I was then told the other 3 items would be sent back to us the next day but only 2 turned up one damaged the other ok. We are now in the process of going through your claims department. For the first time using you we haven’t had a good experience Regards Steve”

“The service was excellent - and extremely user-friendly! It's the first time I've ever booked a pallet collection and drop-off and was a little apprehensive. I needn't have worried. The collection went perfectly, and the delivery was so efficient that the manager at the centre didn't even realise it had taken place. We are a small, local charity, so the cost was a factor in choosing the courier. PalletOnline were exxtremely competitive, and the service we received was top notch. I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“The website is very easy to use, everything all in one place and effortless, easy to download an invoice and print off labels. Not given the full 5 stars only let down is the tracking information, unable to roughly know when collections will be made, however, can track deliveries but no information via email to notify you this has been delivered unless you login to the website. Customer Services through the Chat feature are polite, friendly and efficieint always happy to help and very knowledgable.”

Regarding tracking - collections don’t come with time slots as deliveries are prioritised first, and with the way all pallet networks operate, collection times can be a little unpredictable. It's something we’d love to improve, but it’s currently limited by how the network infrastructure works. Appreciate the kind words and support! 🚛👍
