I keep asking for a delivery report but can’t get one. It is holding up £800.00 of refunds ☹️not happy

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned, especially when it’s holding up your refund. I’ve taken a look at your booking, and it seems the delivery note – signed by the receiver and serving as proof of delivery – was sent to you via LiveChat a few days ago. You can also find it by entering your booking ID on the tracking page: https://palletonline.co.uk/track. I noticed that the chat ended after my colleague sent the delivery note. If you had let us know why it wasn’t sufficient, we might have been able to help right then and there. If there’s something specific you need that isn’t in the delivery note, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re here to help and want to make sure you get everything you need. Rubbish. Said I needed 3 pallets and a forklift to load 5 packs of wooden flooring. Awful Website. Completely confusing. I had to cancel and get a refund.

Hi Janet, Thank you for your review. I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the booking process. After looking into this, the issue with the length of the wooden flooring (2.2m) wasn't about needing three separate pallets; it was about the total space the items would take up on the vehicle. Our oversized pallet options account for 2 pallet spaces (up to 2m in length or width), but anything beyond this has to be booked space by space as full pallets. To ensure safe and efficient handling, a forklift is needed as the pallet would simply be too wide for a tail-lift, and a lift assist would not have the mobility to manoeuvre the goods on or off the vehicle safely. We completely understand that this was not what you were expecting, and we respect your decision to cancel the booking. Your refund should be back with you already. We really appreciate your feedback and we're already looking at how we can make our guidelines as clear as possible to avoid any simialr situations in the future. Price was reasonable. Booking process easy. Driver called before to confirm time on the day. Loading was straightforward. Goods were delivered undamaged.

Item was collected and delivered as agreed but it would have been nice to have been kept informed along the way that collection had taken place and be given an approximate delivery time. We were not kept informed along the way at all.

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad your item was delivered as agreed, but we're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations when it came to communication. We do offer detailed online tracking for every step of your pallet's journey, including collection times and delivery ETAs, along with a link to the POD, when available. While we always ask drivers to give a 30-minute heads-up call before delivery, some depots restrict their cab phones to emergencies only. Our customer service team is here to help via LiveChat from 9am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, and can provide delivery ETAs and support. Due to the high volume of bookings, personal updates for every step aren't feasible, but we are very proactive in notifying customers of, and quickly resolving, any issues that may occur. We're also working on implementing SMS updates to keep you better informed about collection, delivery, and POD availability. Despite the communication issues, we're pleased to know that your items were collected and delivered as agreed, and that overall you were happy with the service we provided.
