“Everythign went according to plan. The lorry driver came on time and was professional. The receipt of the good was also duly noted as expected. What else could I ask for?”

“Never used this type of service before and was pleasantly suprised. The booking process was easy, the driver came on the day stated, gave me a quick call so I could get home to meet him and it was on its way. Driver called me 10 minutes before it was due for delivery the other end so I could let them know. Really happy with service and would definitely use them again.”

“No problems at all. Storm Eowyn meant there was a red weather warning in place for my delivery day (Friday). I was phoned on the Thursday to let me know the delivery company was closing their depot for the day (sensible call) and my delivery would be pushed back until Monday. It arrive Monday without issue - the driver even phoned ahead to check I was available and give an ETA. All in all, a faultless service.”

“The whole process was Incredibly easy and the communication was great. The delivery team also went at of thier way to pump truck the pallet a long way from the lorry up to my house. On top of that I couldn't find a cheaper way to transport th pallet anywhere.”

“All went well but I had no confirmation the pallet had been collected or delivery made by text or email. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.”

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad everything went well with your delivery. We do send a confirmation email at the time of booking, but we don’t currently send collection confirmations, as many of our regular customers prefer to track their shipments directly on our website. For deliveries, if a mobile number is provided, a text notification is sent when the vehicle leaves the depot. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve our service. Hopefully, we can earn that fifth star next time!
