“I will be definitely using you again..all tracking was on time!!!delivered on the day it was meant to be delivered..my customer was over the moon when the Pallet turned up in good condition,just the way it left my unit..I'm that happy I'll be using you guys this weekend 😀 The price was out standing..this Pallet went from Manchester-Scotland”

“Great service.. really easy to book, excellent value, good advice on preparing the pallet. Web site design is very good and the whole user experience was excellent. Pallet arrived per the proposed schedule using reputable national delivery firm. Driver was excellent. Can't think of anything that could be improved on to be honest. Would recommend and book again when needed.”

“I paid for a pre 3pm collection and the driver arrived at 4:20 pm. So I wasn’t impressed with this There’s no online checker to see where the package is or what time it’s due to be delivered However the drivers were very friendly and called in advance of delivery”

We understand how frustrating this can be, and had this been reported to us at the time, we could have arranged a refund from the depot. If you encounter any issues like this in the future, please don’t hesitate to let us know, and we’ll get it sorted for you. I've sent a refund for the late collection and we'll absorb the cost of that on this occasion from the depot. Regarding tracking, you can easily check the status of your delivery by clicking the Tracking option in the header of our website and entering your Order ID. This should give you all the updates you need for future deliveries including an ETA for most bookings. I’m glad the drivers were friendly and kept you informed during delivery. We look forward to providing you with a smoother experience next time.

“Excellent. I made an error on the original booking and needed to chat to somebody. Did this online and all was resolved quickly and extremely easily. No going round in circles trying to find a real person to help. Thank you. Have used a few times now and our go to place when we need to send pallets.”
