“We used PalletOnline for the first time last week. The collection went smoothly and the goods were delivered on time. Sadly, the tracking number we were given didn't work, but this was the only slight hiccup. We will use the company again”

“I live in a very remote off island location, so when purchasing and organising delivery it is always concerning that I an miles away and unable to control/moniter what is going on! I recently purchased and engine from a Facebook vendor in Leeds and needed it transported to West Cornwall to a second haulage company for further shipping on to myself. all done fairly easily online, easily tracked through the travel and relief once the second haulage company calls to say that it has arrived. All very painless.”

“Good service if doing UK to UK. But international becomes a nightmare. Get your commerical invoices sorted / squared away as their service team hide behind officialdom even though we've never had problems before exporting all over the world with our standard commercial invoice they made us change it all around and put our EORI number into the Statemnt of origin, no one has ever asked for this before (TNT, UPS, DHL and many more). Watch out for the collection by 5pm. If they say 5pm then that means that they can turn up at 5pm and you have to load them up, it is not up until 5pm. Got charged £20 after a driver called us at 4.36pm to say hed be with us at 5pm. Told him we close sharpish at 5pm so no one around to load him up. Said he'd come the next day only to recieve an email stating we owe them £20 for a missed colelction and that it is in their T&C's. Just toadd that this pallet was already a week late in being collected. Also doing everything over email is okay but sometimes when your getting frustrated with them just a care call would go a long way and show some humanity. On the plus note for UK to UK pallets they are excellent. Really good at getting into Amazon.”

Parcels typically require less documentation compared to pallet exports, where more detailed paperwork is legally mandated. The information we request, such as the EORI number and specific commercial invoices, is not for our internal convenience but is required by the export regulations enforced by the shipping companies we work with. Without accurate and complete documentation, customs processing can be delayed, and shipments risk being held up. In this case, the delay was indeed due to incorrect paperwork, not a lack of service on our part. Our goal is always to ensure smooth and efficient exports, but adhering to the legal requirements is essential to avoid complications. We appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with our UK-to-UK pallet services, particularly when it comes to Amazon fulfilments.
