Thanks, Daniel! We understand how helpful ETAs would be, but since collections follow deliveries, it's tricky to provide accurate timings. In general, if not collected by 1pm, it's likely to be on the second run between 3-5pm. Appreciate your understanding! 😊

“The collection from us was on time and the schedule all went to plan but as yet the goods haven't been delivered to our Customer in Guernsey as your tracking system doesn't work while the goods are on the ship crossing so until we have been informed that the goods have arrived in Guernsey we cannot comment any further”

Thank you, Andrew! We don’t currently have tracking for ferries or British Islands as we rely on third parties for these regions. However, our network is the only one with full UK mainland and Ireland coverage. These goods should now be delivered - thanks for your understanding! 😊

“I sent a half pallet across country for a bargain £77. It was collected on time and delivered early morning two days later. Good communication from the driver re collection. Excellent service, now added to my favourites list.”

“Fantastic service. Driver arrived unfortunately I was out. He called was very polite and took instructions well. Even moved stuff around to secure and hide from view. Top class delivery. Will use again. Very well priced and the driver was top class.”

“Immediate quote on-line which was very reasonable. Documentation instantly available on-line which was very helpful. Item picked up on the agreed day exactly as promised. The pallet was delivered almost a week early (the company contacted me to check if this would be ok), this for a pallet that required to be transported the length of the country and then to an offshore island. The goods arrived in perfect condition. Overall I could not recommend enough.”
