“I needed to change the delivery address and this was done quickly with no issues. I received a call 15 mins before the delivery to let me know the delivery was nearly there, which was really helpful and the driver was really helpful with where we wanted the pallet delivered to. Would def reccomend”

“Paid extra for pre 3pm collection, pallet wasn’t picked up till 4pm !! Not good ! Arrived ok and in good time, more choice on delivery and collection times would be better.”

Hi Alan, apologies for the late collection. The depot struggled that day, but we’re glad it was still collected rather than delayed further. We’ve refunded the pre-3pm charge and added a little extra as an apology. Appreciate your feedback!

“Delivery was on time, and driver was helpful. However, with the Pallet & Wrap service, the pallet was on the small side, and was quite lightly wrapped. Online tracking was mediocre, but support by WhatsApp was very good.”

Regarding the Pallet & Wrap service, the wrap is intentionally light as it is not a full wrap service. We always advise customers to prepare their goods appropriately for onward travel, including protection against the elements if required. We also appreciate your comments on tracking. While the pallet industry is currently behind the parcel sector in terms of technology and infrastructure, we actually offer the most advanced pallet tracking system available at the moment. That said, we are still awaiting further network upgrades that will improve tracking visibility even more, and we’re actively working to enhance this for our customers. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you again in the future!

“Unbeatable value for service. Driver followed instructions and called 30min before collection time, was very polite and helpful. Pallet was collected within hours of placing order and delivered first working day. Customer service answered all of my questions. Pleased with the service. Seen few comments about site showing prices excluding VAT which is then added at the checkout - I mean, that is nothing but absolutely normal so do not look at it as negative.”

“Awful. It's the companies they use rather than palletonline themseves, but I can only talk about my experiences. Rude and unhelpful drivers who can't drive (refuse to come down the street to deliver to our business despite other courier companies doing it every day) Have turned up then disappeared again without telling me and called me to say they were on the way then not turned up... the list goes on. I'll never use them again.”

The street from which collections are being requested is an extremely tight one-way system, which may be making access difficult for the depot’s vehicles. Would there be an alternative location nearby that might be more suitable for collections? This could help ensure a smoother and more reliable service. We generally receive positive feedback about our drivers, but we will happily raise your concerns with the depot, as we expect them to uphold a high standard of service.
