“Unfortunately no-one turned up on the collection day (Wednesday). We were contacted on the same day and advised that the collection would now be on the Thursday with delivery upgraded to next-day (Friday). Disappointingly, the delivery did not take place on the Friday as we were advised. Our customer received their pallet on Monday after the weekend. We were quite disappointed with the last minute cancellation of the collection and the delay in delivery. Customer services and the collection driver were helpful and quick to respond to queries. We may be willing to give them another go in the future.”

We're very sorry to hear about the double failure, especially as it looks like this was your first time booking with us. I've reviewed the details of your booking in our system and found that the collection depot was unable to pick up your pallet on Wednesday due to high freight volumes. Additionally, there was an error in the depot's delivery system, which resulted in your delivery being delayed. I completely understand your frustration with the service you received. Over 95% of our deliveries are completed on time, and we are truly disappointed that we did not meet our usual standards in this instance. As such, I have sent a discount code for you to use on your next booking with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope that you will give us another chance in the future to demonstrate our usual, industry-leading levels of service. “Absolutely terrible quality pallet and packing! Paid extra for this service and my stock arrived at site strewn across the truck! Not impressed at all!”

“Once collection was booked on line, this was executed was on schedule. The driver was courteous and helpful. Having checked on delivery details, I can see it arrived on time and in good condition. So I got exactly what I paid for. Thank you”

“They had to collect a palette on Thursday and deliver it on Friday (next dat delivers) which was urgent for me and that is why I paid premium and in stead they collected my pallet on Friday and delivered it half an hour before closing time on Monday which created a lot of delays for me, I don’t recommend it.”

Unfortunately, the collection depot was overwhelmed with high freight volumes and couldn't collect on time on Thursday. I know this isn't ideal, especially when your delivery was so time-sensitive. Our driver collected the pallet on Friday and delivered it on the next working day, which was Monday. Because we weren't able to meet your original delivery date, we processed a refund for the difference between our next-day and economy service. We always strive to provide reliable and timely service, and it is disappointing to hear that we fell short in this instance. Your experience is important to us, and we are taking steps to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future. Again, I apologise for the stress and frustration this caused.
