“We have used PalletOnline multiple times and 8/10 times it is a great service. However, there are common issues that happen such as the collection driver not coming between the 9am-5pm to collect. In the past they have come after 6pm and this means I must have a member of my staff be at my facility to wait for the collection. Most recently, we selected a tail-lift service, however the collection vehicle did not have this fitted!”

I've had a look and we weren’t previously informed about the delays in driver arrival time on your latest booking or the issue with the tail-lift service. “Our packaged arrived fully damaged, glass smashed and panelling bent. This was our £1500 woodburner.”

Hello Jason, We’re very sorry to hear about the damage to your woodburner. Items containing glass are particularly susceptible during transit, especially with the multiple transfers required across the pallet network. When glass is specified in the goods description at checkout, we provide a warning, as these items need extra protection. To reduce the risk of damage, glass items should be fully secured to the pallet to prevent any movement and wrapped with industrial-grade shrink wrap. For context, our damage rate is one of the lowest in the industry at 0.03% - that’s about 3 in every 10,000 pallets experiencing such issues. Your claim is currently active, and we’re committed to resolving this for you.

“Very simplified and easy way of booking a shipment with this company. We submitted the order 30min before the deadline for the same day collection and the company genuinely thought that our order will not be processed. Much to our surprise the collection did happen as requested and the pallet was delivered at the time slot we indicated. The whole process was smooth and trouble-free from the beginning. An the prices are very competitive. We are pleased we found this company. We will most certainly use you again!”

“Our collection was made on time and without any hassle, the delivery was also made inside the delivery window, the driver kept us updated and no damge was made to the order. overall fab service, great value and very prompt. Thank you”

“I went online to see if I could find a pallet shipper to book for next day collection. The rates are easy to understand and it was a good price so I booked the service. First time I have used this company and it went very smoothly. I was contacted before the pickup to advise me of when to expect the driver and the pallet was delivered when expected.”
