turned up around 3pm. all worked out as planned. only driver should really call 1st as standsrd as preparing the pallete outside the address took time.

I booked a pallet collection but I made a mistake with the collection address contacted palletonline and they said that they could not make any changes, although it was 4 days until collection, they said I would have to cancel it and they gave me a full refund, but when I rebooked the collection it was £25 more expensive, and it was only one mile difference to the original booking, so not good, but the service the gave was excellent,

Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing us to handle your pallet delivery. I’ve looked into your situation, and I’d like to provide some clarity. The price difference was due to a 20% discount applied to your first booking. At the time, we couldn’t change the address because it was already in the network system. Postcodes are zoned and sometimes require a different depot, which is why changes aren’t currently possible at that stage. However, we’re actively working on a solution to allow postcode updates in the future. When you requested to cancel, it wasn’t clear that you intended to rebook. If we had known, we would have happily extended the 20% discount for you at the time. To make things right, I’ve now refunded the 20% difference to match your original booking price. Thank you again for your booking and for sharing your experience. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you again in the future!

First time customer, but everything went exactly as stated. Ebay purchase seller would not post, Pallet was picked up on correct day, delivered correct day. Service all good.

Excellent service, easy to use booking system. Pick up driver was very professional, courteous and confident, took control and obviously had a good understanding of how to do the move safely and recognising how to protect the goods. His attitude was a breath of fresh air. A good job done well

Somewhere in its journey my pallet was dropped upside down. The smashed contents were jumbled back onto the broken pallet and delivered as though nothing had happened. It was the recipient who informed me of this. PalletOnline had not been informed by their subcontractor that any incident had taken place. Insurance claim has been started but is unlikely to come close to the actual cost of replacing hard to find vehicle parts, not to mention my hassle. Not impressed.

After investigating, we can confirm that the pallet was unfortunately damaged while at the central hub, and we do have evidence to support this. We’re eager to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To help us move things forward promptly, we kindly ask for a breakdown of the replacement costs. We did request this on Friday, and having this information will allow us to push the insurance claim through without delay. Although our network boasts the lowest damage rate in the industry, we accept that this happened while the goods were in our care and are committed to putting things right.
