Booked on 19th Oct for a courier to collect a small child’s trike !
Spoke to the advisors online to tell me how to package it and the measurements were fine !
Booked all online to have it collected fine ! Then no delivery !!! Contacted paisley to be informed it’s 19cm too big ! What !!! I now have a disabled little girls birthday Monday to which will now cost me £300 to purchase another one to get it ontime for her ! Disgusting service not a happy customer and would not use again !!!
