And with free next day delivery (when you order Monday-Friday before 1pm) and letterbox-friendly packaging, there’s no reason to wait for your next cup.

We’re also making coffee a force for good, with a 100% commitment to direct trade and an investment and training programme that helps farmers change their lives for better. Paying 25-125% more than Fairtrade prices, we encourage farmers to strive for speciality grade crops - because it’s about quality, not charity.

“I really like the communication. Regular and to the point but not overbearing. The coffee is great and I love the packaging. Fits through a letter box but also stands up on the work surface. I've loved all the different coffees but don't know how to let you know which one I want. Random is nice to start with but I want to know how to choose....thanks”

“Absolutely delicious coffee, we love Planalto especially. The best coffee you’ll ever taste. Stopped wasting money on ‘just ok’ brands and treat ourselves monthly to this one. Highly recommend Pact and their delivery speed is super fast too.”

“Love pact. coffe beans are incredible selection and love the little cards with tasting notes! I would even love to have 2x the amount of info about altitude, location, height, soil, etc. Plus it feels good to support farmers in less deceloped parts of world, something along that would be interesting too. I also appreciate the shipping email”
