“The main thing is the coffee, and they definitely get the coffee right, whether it's wholebean or ground (and it's ground to the perfect consistency for your preferred brew method). Website is reliable and easy to use on desktop and mobile, and the service is good. Would recommend. It's expensive compared to supermarkets, but I don't think it's an issue unless you make coffee really often.”

“Overall I am pleased with the service and quality of the coffee beans. The delivery dates are easy to amend and the coffee generally arrives two days after the dispatch date. I do however note that sometimes we receive the same coffee too often. We like to try the different choices available, so it can be a little annoying when the same ones are sent frequently. You have a good system going and we are happy with the service. Well done and thank you.”

“Like the way coffee is sourced from known growers. Lovely fresh roasted and ground coffee sent to my home. Great coffee making products and my friends and colleagues often ask about the drip filter for individual coffee cups. I would like the website to be easier to use on my mobile. E.g. Finding and ordering additional filter papers was not easy, and was bit of a faff sorting out new address when coffee supplies needed at holiday destination! Customer service does try to help out. Overall seems good coffee from a company that seems to have some credibility!”
