“I had to change supplier after Bean2Door went bust, Pact were my next choice - the coffee is actually (suspiciously) very similar which is no bad thing - I use an aeropress and buy the espresso grind house blend - it's absolutely lovely. Rich, 'chocolatey' and when brewed right, strong :-) Delivery is sensible and prices are competitive. Recommended.”

“Easy to join and state your coffee preferences - mine was for decaf. Also I liked the email asking if I was ready for more coffee and it was easy to put back the next coffee delivery date. We’re enjoying our first Pact decaf and looking forward to the next coffee delivery. I find the communication from PACT friendly and helpful. Pleased with the product and customer service :)”

“Sublime, this coffee is precisely as described, I was a pact customer in the past and have returned to them, tired of inferior coffee. I was not disappointed. My coffee arrived on the day promised and tastes so good I am drinking more than I ought to at the moment!.”

“Have recently subscribed to Pact having previously been with Bean to Door who recently ceased trading. We have been impressed with the quality of Pacts coffee (smooth and great taste), their website is easy to use, and their customer service has been great. Highly recommended.”

“'Founder' customer. Pact have always provided seasonational customer service. Recently upgraded to Mirco Lot coffees, all of which have been delightful. The offer of limited editions in recent months has also been a revelation as it has allowed us to try rare coffees. A fantastic company with a flexible model designed to meet customer need. “Really impressed with Pact Coffee - we have had two orders now and have been impressed with both. We loved the fact you got the dripper free and you can choose with coffee you get each month. We have taken out two subscriptions in our house! We will definitely be carrying it on”
