“I have been with Pact since the very beginning and have nothing but praise for them, their products and most of all their coffees. I alternate between ground coffee and pods and find managing my account i.e. frequency, type etc. simple to do. I look to their website for advice and tips when trying a new way of brewing. I have always found their customer service team to be outstanding even when they have to correct something that I have messed up! Thank you, Pact.”

“I so far have enjoyed the ease of ordering and the service received however I am a bit concerned to the amount f emails i receive from different people from the same company I am fairly new to Pact and my wife is yet to enjoy her coffee once her new kitchen is installed.”

“Excellent coffee supplied when I want it and in the quantities I can use for a great price. The 2 I have received so far are very different from each other showing great variation. Free coffee filter set up with first order was amazing too. Cannot fault the website and service/delivery is spot on. Perfect.”

“I joined PACT as a treat for myself to brew a nice coffee at work quickly and effortlessly, It takes just as long as an instant but the taste and quality difference is beyond any smiles allowed in the work place. Bold, Strong and lots of hints of different flavours , this month a hint of chocolate. Small things can bring big smiles , I cant wait for my next order to arrive, thank you PACT”

“Incredibly flexible service, lovely coffee and not too expensive. It's a brilliant concept, connecting coffee lovers with the farmers who make it. I love reading the little information cards on each blend, and although I'm only on my second bag I'm definitely keen to keep doing it for a long time!”

“As an avid tea drinker, it would have to be something outstanding to veer me into any sort coffee consumption - fortunately for me my wife did just that by enrolling into Pact, where the smell and presentation enticed me to taste and I'm hooked (still drink tea as well though)”

“I was a customer with Bean to Door but now I’ve converted to PACT and so please that I have- really great service ability to amend your order or ‘deliver’ today option which is handy if you suddenly find that everyone else enjoys the coffee you’ve purchased! Thank you”
