“It is the first time I have ever signed up for a service such as this, and the experience thus far is brilliant. I have always enjoyed good coffee, and Pact is such a reliable and quality provider, with flexibility in bean and grind and an easy to use platform to alter deliveries to match requirements. They have an excellent support network, and really provide information for the lay reader interested in learning more. Not only is the coffee cracking, but it is ethically sourced. Keep up the good work!”

“I love the experience of discovering something new each month and learning about where the coffee has come from. The ability to change this preferences as you learn what you like is a great addition to the subscription. Best coffee I've ever bought!”

“My wife and I work in the same office and she started using Pact before me and loved it. I quickly realised her coffee was better than the rubbish provided by work so every time I saw her get up I would follow her to the canteen, she quickly tired of my constant presence so made me sign up. Pact is exceptionally user friendly and easy to skip your subscription to coffee if you don't need it. I highly recommend it!”

“My first pack arrived a couple of days ago and man this is good coffee (I got the select Colombian Miraflores Toledo), the fact that it came with a free Hario v60 is amazing, that and the fact that you're not bound into a subscription makes at least giving Pact a go a no brainer, so yeah well done, really good marketing. This genuinely just feels like an honest company committed to customer experience. My package arrived two days after ordering, four days after it was roasted! So far I've nothing less that great feedback for Pact coffee, can highly recommend them if this is your kind of thing, can't wait to taste whatever they pick out for me next time.”
